We had a really great holiday with Raffles. Our room is clean and no weird smell at all. Beach is nice with great quality of sand. We have seen quite some fishes close by.
Food: many different choices for breakfast and dinner but the salad area is quite narrow.
Spa: all the services are pricy but the products they use and their skill and all the facilities are worth it.
Location: we did hiking and snorkeling and we enjoyed it.
The only thing that bothered us is the buggy service. They either never came or came very late after you requested it. They are normally not all very friendly.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice, and both experiences were exceptional.
The staff is consistently helpful and friendly, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The villa offers breathtaking views, making every moment spent there truly memorable. The panoramic scenery adds a delightful touch to the overall experience. The private pool is a fantastic feature, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation. Families with children will find the Kids Club to be a hub of activity, with plenty of engaging events and activities for the younger guests. Parents can enjoy peace of mind knowing that their children are well taken care of. The Asian restaurant and sushi room within the hotel are culinary delights.

One of the best experiences in my life! The hotel is amazing, like a small village on the hill side in front of the beach, their villas, with the private pools, staring both the ocean and the forest was so relaxing... we enjoyed even the rainy days, by visiting their amazing spa, and having yoga with the actual sound of the rain in the forest... such chilling vibes. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, you could not try all the options available even if you were staying 10 days... everything was delicious! also there are plenty restaurants to choose from for dinner and lunch... the panasian restaurant was so romantic! and in the sushi restaurant we had one of the best sushi ever!

Best hotel I’ve stayed in. Perfect location. The views are amazing. Right on the beach and best of both sand beaches and greenery. Loved the Tortoises!
