Despite the promising aspects of beautiful accommodations and a few positive dining experiences (only at the buffet), the overall service and management missteps significantly impacted our stay at Paradisus Punta Cana. The lack of attention to detail, particularly in customer service and dining, suggests that the resort's promise to "Elevate Your Stay" falls short. This was not the "pure luxury" experience we were led to expect, and we found it difficult to justify the cost given the quality of service received.

This place is truly amazing, located right on the beach, which means you step out and you're on the sand. Every meal we had was delicious, with a great variety of choices that made each dining experience something to look forward to. The staff, without exception, were attentive and friendly, always going out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
A special shoutout to our personal concierge, Alvaro. He was just fantastic. From the moment we arrived, he was always checking in with us, making sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was restaurant recommendations, booking tours, or just ensuring our room had all the comforts, Alvaro was on it. He really made our stay stress-free and personalized. It felt like having a friend at the resort who was there to make sure our vacation was perfect in every way.

Food was terrible. At breakfast I was reminded what time they close twice by the same person when I still had 20 minutes left they definitely made me feel like I was a bother which is strange because we were so kind. Hotel staff can and will walk into your room unannounced it does not matter if you have the privacy light on. My girlfriend was almost completely exposed when a man walked in. There’s tiles around the pool bar falling off. Giant language barrier 95% of the time. I asked if it was okay to swim and was told yes only to be kicked out seconds later. House keeping showed up early and we were actually just leaving but because we were still there technically they decided to just come back at 7:30 at night once again barging in unannounced and ignoring the privacy light. My excursions were 100x more accommodating than the hotel. Cannot walk 2 steps into the beach without drug dealers harassing you. If you thought the adult only pool would only have adults in it think again. 2 sta

Room was beautiful! So many things to do on the resort you don’t ever have to leave. Ana and Hansel were amazing they made sure we always had something fun to do. 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone visiting Punta Cana.

This is not a 5 star hotel. A lot needs to be worked on from service, food, and facility. I would never come back here although I hope they make improvements for others to enjoy especially for the price. The lobby bar drinks and service was the only safe place to go.
