I loved the facility, the wonderful service, the wonderful nature. The staff is great. The pink haired lady at the snack bar took great care of us and offered friendly service. I thank him. I will come again.

The hotel is very nice in terms of location. The employees are very helpful, thank you very much to all of them, especially Ms. Selver at the snack bar, she took great care of us, she is very friendly and the hotel is very lucky to have such an employee.I recommend your hotel to everyone, the rooms are very clean and well-kept. The hotel is a place surrounded by nature, dominated by green and blue. See you again.

Terrible experience - the room was dirty (my mother fell very ill after sleeping on this mattress. According to the doctor, it was due to the bed being filled with dust and mites), no WiFi, and the food was consistently unvaried. I suspect they reuse food, like cereals and bread, for the next morning... I was left speechless. The quality of this place is far from a 5-star hotel; it barely reaches a 2-star standard. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its magnificent view and the interior aesthetics. However, once you enter the rooms, it's a different story altogether...
