We have been to this hotel for 10 days at the end of April until the beginning of May. It's been amazing! The food is absolutely good (especially for an all inclusive hotel!), the service was always great and the team is very helpful and nice. The rooms are incredible and the cocktails are mixed very well (and no cheap alcohol!). Overall it's been a pleasant experience and we definitely would come back. We loved the bbq party for orthodox Easter. They made it very clear how important this day is and included everyone. I loved it! Guest Relations try everything to make it perfect for every single guest.
The Mitsis Hotel chain really is the best choice when in Greece.

We spent 5 nights here, and honestly have nothing bad to say about the experience. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The food was amazing and the accommodation was beautiful.
Would highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be returning one day.

We had a lovely stay here at Mitsis Rinela! Our room was beautiful with lots of natural light and minimalist style decor. Everywhere around the resort was kept clean to the best the staff could do! The resort was beautiful day and nighttime with a lovely ocean view. Staff here were very welcoming and polite. Service for drinks was a little slow but with the amount of guests, it was understandable. Food was good at the restaurants and there was plenty of choice at the all inclusive buffet. There was not much to do outside the resort unless you booked day trips but it was perfect for warm, lazy beach days with a new entertainment event every night! Thank you :)

This place tops it all in the area! Amazing service from the staff, the food is extraordinary I have never had such good food at an all inclusive before, quality at all times of the day. A very nice treat to have the daily show in the theatre bar, so much fun! Drinks are great and the fact that you can book themed restaurants is an unexpected plus. Thank you very much team Mitsis Rinela, we'll be back for sure!

Lovely spring family holiday at beautiful Mitsis Rinela Resort. It’s our second and definitely not the last stay there. We have enjoyed every day of delicious food, weather, amazing staff around: Vasili's, Nikos, Chef at main restaurant and all other guys being absolutely fantastic. Beautiful modern rooms with a gorgeous views and sand beaches. Great location, only 10-15min away from Heraklion Airport. Will be definitely recommending to my friends and family!!!
