    My husband and I were very impressed by this resort. It was even better when we discovered that we were booked at the Level, that meant the services were exclusive to residents of the Level, like the Riviera restaurant which became our favourite, the beach and of course the pool. Special recognition to Alvaro our concierge who went over and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Alvaro is courteous, knowledgeable and has great customer service and values his customers very much. I also want to mention Nanci Dominique, who waited on us at the La Hacienda on Friday night during my hubby's birthday. Of course Alvaro made all the planning at the La Hacienda and Haikkado restaurants. Frank and I are forever grateful and are looking forward to coming back next year to celebrate our union. 5 stars all around

    Amazing service and attention, Ramon and Alexander at the Rivera Restaurant in the Level were super detailed, attentive, and friendly. The whole staff was great. Great experience overall. The employees were all very professional and efficient. Food at the level was fantastic lots of variety with quality. Beach is in a prime nearby location to other beaches and is endless. The rooms need a bit of work in being updated as well as being cleaned deeper and better. 4.5/5.

    Daniela at La Hacienda and Daisy were amazing! We were fortunate to have their service two evenings during our stay. The most attentive wait staff at the resort. They made us feel like the only guests they had to serve. Wonderful service, friendly smiles, and amazing attitudes. 5 stars all around!

    Osvaldo Ortiz and Mayra have the best passion fruit margaritas I have tasted!! They’re awesome at the bargarita’s bar offering an outstanding service…. The only bar worth attending Other than that the resort is not up to par. The rooms smell of mold, consistent sneezing and stuffy nose, the drinks are constantly a struggle, you upgrade to be told that liquor isn’t included, they don’t have any, it will be there in a few hours, etc. The AC doesn’t work correctly in the rooms, they are always humid and won’t go down in temperature. In addition, the whole resort is tired. They need to close sections at a time and update them. I recommend another resort that is updated, mold free, the drinks are actually all inclusive, and everyone isn’t just looking for a tip

    The resort was awesome and beautiful! We had a couple minor issues with our room but our concierge, Alvaro, was always super quick to respond and help us with anything we needed or wanted! Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends this resort and Alvaro when they go to the DR!
