We just got back from a fantastic stay at the Mareblue Hotel. I was slightly apprehensive having read some mixed reviews but those thoughts quickly feel away as we settled into our stay. The room we stayed in was a family room with a bunk bed for the children. I had previously read some negative comments about the rooms but our room looked like it had been recently refurbished and was done to a high standard. The food was great, we were there for a week and did not tire of the all inclusive offering. Drinks were also good, with a selection of cocktails on offer with wines, beer and local spirits also available. The site itself was lovely and spotlessly clean, with three swimming pools and we had no issues getting sun beds each day. There is not a huge amount going on outside of the resort, just a couple of bars and restaurants. However, this made the site feel incredibly safe and we had no concerns with our children (9 & 11) going off and doing their own thing. Finally, what makes the hotel is the staff. They are so are hard working and welcoming. We would not hesitate to return to this beautiful corner of Corfu again! (Just to add, there were lots of comments about mosquitos/wasps, may have been because we were at the start of the season but we didn’t encounter any issues!)

A lovely hotel, came here for mine and my husbands honeymoon and was well worth it. All staff are amazing. Food is delicious and the weather is perfect! Only thing that let it down was the ants and bugs that entered the room, when we arrived we had no bugs and the night we came back on the 1st day, it was covered. I think to improve there should be traps in the rooms and spray if required to use to get rid of them. But other from that a very enjoyable week here

The best place to spend your summer holidays. The hotel is by far the best hotel I have been to. The staff is more than friendly and always with a smile to serve you in anyway . Generally the hotel reflects perfectly the Greek hospitality through the friendliness of both the staff and the owners. A place that makes you want to come again every year.

Great location, very helpful staff and great service. It was a perfect vacation. I booked the vacation through Jet2 holidays, and it didn't disappoint us. The resort is at an hours  distance by bus from Corfu airport. We had to queue up for checking in. However, the staff were very helpful and delivered our luggage to our room. They also served refreshments while we were waiting to be checked in. The reception area is very modern and they also have a beautiful spa. The spa is a bit pricey, though, but it was worth it. The room we got was sea viewing and had a great view. The room itself was not the best but not too bad as well. The quality of the rooms could be improved, but I will still give it a 7 out of 10. The landscape was carefully built and was greatly maintained. The restaurant was very good and offered very good food. They had a vast variety of food and everyday changing menu. The restaurant staff was also very helpful. They also have two restaurants in the pool area, which serve Mediterranean and Italian food. The downfall is the all-inclusive drinks, which was not worth at all. Alcohol lovers would not like it. There was no whisky in their all-inclusive menu, and they had all the local alcohols. If you want to have any other alcohol that is not in their menu, there will be extra charge for that. But overall experience was good. There are small beaches just 100 meters walk from the resort and some restaurants and grocery stores as well. The restaurants were not open when I went there in April but were about to be opened as the tourist season was approaching. They also have a children's club where you can leave your kids for some hours to have fun. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I honestly couldn’t rate the resort higher. The majority of staff are absolutely lovely, they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and contented throughout. I’m a foodie and based on the value of the holiday I wasn’t expecting the earth but I got it regardless. The range of options is exhaustive with different delicious options made available every day. The two subsides restaurants on resort are also delicious but the buffet is more than good enough. The spa massages sadly were lacking, it’s very expensive and if the service reflected the price I would be praising it. The staff themselves were lovely people, me and my partner didn’t feel well attended, there were large gaps and it was clear the two of them were chatting/distracted. My therapist also had to keep skipping the ads for the music on YouTube. The spa experience was disappointing so unfortunately I would recommend you don’t attend. The pools are salt water rather than chlorine which is nice but they are freezing. None of the pools on resort are heated but in the height of summer I’m sure that’s very refreshing. The entertainment team are great fun and there’s something different every night with activities through the day. Special mentions and staff I’m grateful to are, Alex, Maria, Logan, Ebo and Michael, that said almost every member of staff was a delight I just can’t remember all their names. Thanks to the whole team! I will be back, there are a few things that weren’t perfect but we are all human and I would say this resort is worthy of every one of its 4 stars.
