Just back from Labranda sandy beach on Saturday, few days break away with my husband. Rooms a bit dated but cleaners kept them spotless everyday. Food was good. Italian and Greek restaurants were so good. All staff were so lovely and helpful especially the guy on pool bar. Entertainment was great. We enjoyed it so much that we are going back next Tuesday and bringing our 2 children with us. We also had a lovely massage in the spa and staff there were lovely too. We can't wait to go back 😊

The resort is very well kept, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. They employ lots of staff to take care of your every need. The entertainment crew are brilliant with both young and old. And the food selection is second to none. All in all this a wonderful place to spend quality time with family and friends. The pools are large, the beach is on site and there are numerous bars and restaurants just a 5 minute walk away where you can watch any big matches that are on. I would highly recommend this hotel for people who want 5 star service for 3 star prices.

I read the recent reviews and was a bit worried about coming here. I can say that the recent reviews are wrong and this place is great. The food is really good and lots of variety. The staff are friendly and I have had only positive experiences with all of them. The servings for the spirits are good and you will easily get merry on only a few drinks if you're not careful. We have had stayed in the family room and it is lovely and clean. You get 2 rooms, each with 2 beds in it. For family's there is alot on, there is 3 pools and a toddler pool. Every day there is a theme for the kids club except for Sundays. There is a park as well. I definitely recommend this place for the price that you pay.

We are currently staying at the Sandy Beach Hotel, having arrived at 1am this morning. Our room is located close to the beach but quite far from the front reception, which was challenging for my husband who has a major spinal injury. We were not informed about the distance to our room, which is in 7000, upon check-in. Despite paying over £680 each, we felt that our room was not up to par. The room was large but sparsely furnished, lacking curtains for privacy and proper lighting. We requested additional lamps for navigating in the dark, but were only provided with one. The room did not match the photos on the website, and we were disappointed with the lack of care and consideration in its setup. We have voiced our concerns and have since received a side lamp and an additional side table. It is disheartening to feel neglected as guests of this hotel. Our room overlooks the back of the hotel and the tired garden, rather than the beach or more scenic views. We feel that we have missed out on the full experience, as the hotel has only recently opened for the summer. The images shown are our room. We now have a lamp, and one extra bedside table. There are no privacy curtains.

Firstly got charged a 5* tourism tax for a 4* hotel. Secondly both rooms booked ended up flooding due to bad plumbing and I was refused a room change until I had to physically turn up at reception with a packed suitcase as the room wasn’t fit to stay in. Thirdly, my nephew fell in the restaurant and smashed his head off the floor due to food not being cleaned up and no ‘yellow sign’ being there as they call it. They then blames us for this incident and said they would have to get photos from the restaurant to prove there was no sign like we had said (and provided photos of). They just looked at the child and said ‘he is fine’. Said we would have to pay to see the doctor although this was their fault. Appalling service from start to finish of this holiday. Do not recommend anybody to book here unless you don’t mind paying for a 5* to get 0* service. We can not wait to go home tomorrow. Arcade staff hit my nephew and screamed in my nieces face causing her to cry just for sitting on the chairs. The lady then went to get ‘guest relations’ who just screamed at us saying she didn’t see her hit him (she wasn’t even there). She then cornered me outside and told me she wanted to speak to me so when I said I had nothing to saying she said it was my last warning and that they have cameras and she will get her manager. Advised her to both get her manager and check the cameras as I was only trying to walk from one place to the other on my own.
