Myself and my husband absolutely loved the hotel. Staff were accommodating and made sure our stay was unforgettable. They went above and beyond!!! They left my husband a nice present for his birthday as I requested which made the end of our stay special. When we arrived we were notified that we were upgraded which we were thrilled about but wasn't told why. I initially booked the junior suite with private pool as a birthday present for my husband but instead we was given the bungalow with private pool. The junior suites were still getting renovated so I'm not sure why we was able to book if no one could use these rooms. Now one would think why wouldn't you be happier with a bigger room and this may sound silly but it made the difference. The reason I booked the private pool was because we wanted the privacy it offered and the perfect spot to get most of the sun. The bungalow however was located in a place were people were constantly walking passed and only saw the sun rise in the morning which meant we couldn't actually use the pool because it was so cold and the sun was non existent. So the rest of the day we had to use the public area just to get the sun. If we knew this we would of just booked a standard room without the pool and would of saved us hundreds. Overall, food was delicious and rooms were cleaned regularly. We would love to stay here again with family this time but would like some kind of discount based on the room change which we couldn't decline due to our initial room being out of order.

What an amazing experience! Stayed for a week with our 5year old and had the best time. The food and drinks (tried buffet, lounge/bar, Asian, Fresh, Fish restaurants), the rooms, pools, staff - the best all inclusive experience we had so far. The staff is the best: so helpful, nothing is too much, working hard, always busy but smiling. Whatever you ask, they are willing to accommodate. Highly recommended! We are checking out today and already missing this place. Thank you 🙏

From the minute we arrived in Corfu and found the taxi booked with the hotel waiting for us, we knew we were in good hands. On arrival, a welcome cocktail and orientation from the concierge, then a lovely meal at one of the numerous restaurants that are distributed around the extensive grounds. Days filled lounging by the pools, with attentive pool-side service, superb quality cocktails, and amazing sea views. Nights filled eating and drinking local food and wine, and watching the sun go down. Just what we wanted. The staff were so friendly, they couldn't do enough for us, and always with a smile. The hotel itself was immaculate and the layout was easy enough to learn- lots of nooks and crannies to relax in the shade or just sit and watch life go by. It was my first experience of an all-inclusive and it's hard to see how it could have been bettered. It won't be too long before we're back again.

The views are beautiful but it is not a 5 star quality hotel. I travelled alone with my 16 month child and stayed for a week. Pros: - The sea view room with private balcony is large, with your own sun loungers and sunshine all day. - The pool is great for children as it is shallow at both ends. - A free boat trip per stay. - Known brands of spirits are included in all inclusive. - A free buggy to take you around the hotel on request. - The app is great to see what’s on for the day and to book activities. - You can request any baby items you need for the room, such as bouncer, cot, steriliser, changing mat. Cons: - Sometimes the staff are smiling and helpful, other times they look stressed, ignore you and you have to chase them for things. Sometimes asking several times for a drink until it finally arrives. One staff member was crying during their shift. - Overhead shower and air con in the room did not work. Reported to reception twice yet not fixed. - An awful noise throughout the night sounding like chairs being dragged around. This woke my baby on several occasions and the reception staff said it was from the bars doing cleaning at night. The noise vibrates through the building. - Also a strange vibrating noise constantly being heard throughout the day and night. - Several children developed coughs, I assume this was due to stale air in the rooms as without the air con working there was no air circulation. - The water park is freezing cold and up a really really steep hill - not suitable for buggies. - The buffet is small and serves almost the same food every day. The dishes rarely have labels to tell you what it is. Not good when you have allergies. - You get 4 a la carte meals included for a 7 night stay. They allocate the restaurants, dates and times of bookings before you arrive. Ours was far too late for a child to eat, we managed to rearrange 3 of them as the restaurants were ‘fully booked’ so could not book in the fourth. The restaurants were half full and they class that as ‘fully booked’. - There is another a la carte restaurant outside the resort which we were not told about. Other guests informed us of it and we had to request it ourselves in order to have our fourth included a la carte meal. - Some days we were queuing for 30 mins to get a table for breakfast or lunch. They keep one side of the restaurant closed with lots more tables. Seems silly when they are clearly needed and already set up with cutlery etc. - The wooden walkway on the beach gave my child lots of splinters in her feet! - The charge for a late checkout is 100 euros for an extra 4hours. I booked this so my child could have her afternoon nap before our night flight. During this time, the air con coincidently started to work! It came on full blast which woke her up. I turned it off but 20 minutes later it came on again at full speed. Finally I settle her again and reception call the room asking me to take my key to reception so they could recode it to make it work until 3pm. (I had already done this early in the morning at their request). Again, this woke my baby up and she did not get back to sleep. The extra 100 euros spent to ensure she had a nap was a complete waste of time and money! - I treated myself to a hair cut. It was done on dirty, dry hair. Not what I expected. - On two days we could not get a lounger around the pool as they had all been taken. - No child park or play area available other than a tiny play house on the beach right by a main road. In summary, it was quite a stressful holiday, having to constantly chase staff for drinks and anything you need. The app is great but their answer to most questions is for you to look on the app. Not the relaxing holiday I was hoping for! Highlight of the holiday: a waiter called Fation was incredible! Excellent service, friendly with my child, recommended which meals to eat from the a la carte menu and was always smiling. He is a credit to the hotel and an example of how all the staff should be treating their guests!

Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel during the Easter vacation period with my family and friends, and I wanted to share some feedback regarding our experience. Overall, we appreciated the kid-friendly environment and the quality of the food. However, there were several issues that we encountered during our stay that I believe warrant your attention. 1. Upon my early checkout at 7 am, I contacted the reception for assistance with my luggage at 6:30 am, but I was informed that there was nobody available to help. As a result, I had to carry my 25kg luggage down 19 steps from room 533 on my own. 2. My wife and 2.5-year-old child experienced delays and confusion during their checkout and transfer to Marbella ELIX in Parga. Despite arranging for a taxi transfer from Hgoumenitsa port to Marbella ELIX, they were left waiting until the taxi arrived 45 minutes late. 3. Additionally, my family encountered difficulty accessing the Kids Club together due to age restrictions, which resulted in them being asked to leave. Not funny for our son!!! 4. There was inconsistency in the information provided about restaurant availability, with several restaurants being closed for lunch despite previous information suggesting otherwise. Furthermore, the restaurant by the swimming pool was under construction, limiting dining options. 5. While some of the older staff members were polite and helpful, we experienced challenges communicating with many younger staff members who lacked proficiency in English. Simple requests, such as obtaining a toothpick, were met with difficulty. 6. One of our friends discovered cockroaches in their room ( room 212), which required decontamination. Despite this, they encountered more cockroaches later that night and had to be relocated to another room at 2 am. While they appreciated the room upgrade and complimentary massage for their inconvenience, the situation was unsettling. While we acknowledge the positive aspects of our stay, such as the hotel's suitability for children and the quality of the food, the issues we encountered indicate areas for improvement in employee training and hotel management. We hope that you will consider our feedback constructively.
