Eva Palace is a gorgeous location with beautiful gardens full of olive trees, plants and most importantly some lovely cats! We had an amazing view from balcony and rooms were immaculate. A major highlight for us was the staff and customer service levels, which were beyond anything we'd experienced before. They were so keen to help, so friendly and helpful with great English. We had half board and the food at breakfast and dinner was consistently great throughout our stay. Adding a little notice to the food label signs to indicate what was vegetarian would be helpful, but there is a huge variety of vegetarian food despite this. The pool area was lovely and cleaned daily but the pools were a little too chilly for April, unless you didn't mind a cool plunge! There was plenty of sun loungers on the private beach and the pool area. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for a week some time ago and it was one of the best experiences we have had. Amazing location! Beautiful gardens full of olive trees, plants and flowers. The hotel has its own beach as well. Also great food, great service. Great atmosphere. All in all perfect place for us.

Our room was a good size and the bed comfortable however the balcony was tiny, and had a view overlooking the garbage disposal units of the hotel. The wardrobes were in the bathroom which we found odd and made it difficult when getting ready between us. The hotel location is outside of the town, there are 2 lovely pools and a generous beach side too. We went in summer just before UK school holiday and did not struggle getting sun loungers on any day, however I imagine this would be more challenging with more people. Be wary of jellyfish in the sea! The lifeguard helped really fast when I was stung which felt like a service they didn't have to provide although I was very appreciative! We were all inclusive and I would not recommend going to the hotel being B&B or half board as there are no restaurants in a walkable distance and cocktails were around €10 per drink, I imagine the bill would soon rack up! All inclusive was worth it for the drinks, bottles of water and soft drinks were vital in the heat. We found the all inclusive food was OK, the lunch buffet was great and the staff there were 10/10. The evening buffet was not the same standard and the service felt harsher. The benefit of being all inclusive gave a voucher to one of the on-site restaurants which was really good quality, and drinks were included there too. We used the boat shuttle to the other hotels and booked a few excursions with the water sports team - expensive but both really good!

Pros - check in was v pleasant and smooth and we were greeted from the taxi and taken to the bar and seated whilst we checked in. Then we were presented with welcome drinks, some Greek sweets and hot towels. - They let us check in early which we were grateful for and allowed a slightly later check out - I asked them to change my room to one further down the corridor so I could have a better view of the sea and they promptly arranged this and helped us move our belongings - bed was comfortable, views from balcony was stunning - staff at the restaurant were welcoming and friendly but very busy - nice shuttle bus which is really handy to visit the town Cons - food was appalling and this included both breakfast and dinner. It was cold, tasteless, insufficient quantity and choice given the number of guests at the hotel, not filling and there was a lack of vegetarian food. food had vague names with no details of ingredients, whether or not it is suitable for vegetarians etc. Dinner is supposed to be 6.30pm - 9.30pm but we would go at 8pm and most things would have ran out and not be replaced which was tough given there wasn’t much to start with. We were actually starving by day 2 and it completely ruined our holiday - cakes and desserts and bakery all tasteless - need more staff at restaurants and better hot plates to keep food warm

Very nice hotel. Great, friendly staff and very helpful. Food is amazing, much variety too. If you want to go to Corfu town it costs about 25€ via taxi. Very nice pool area and beach at hotel.
