A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service
My stay at the Majestic Mirage resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking views.
The cleaning staff and restaurant/bar staff truly stole the show during our time there. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made every interaction a delight. The cleanliness of the resort, especially the beautiful beaches, exceeded our expectations. Even on rainy days, the charm of the resort shone through, offering us an enjoyable experience regardless of the weather.
However, our experience with our butler fell slightly short of our expectations. While the resort prides itself on personalized service, we found it challenging to locate our assigned butler. It seemed as though others had a more proactive approach from their butlers, whereas ours was elusive.
Despite this minor setback, our overall experience at Majestic Mirage was unforgettable. The stunning surroundings, coupled with exceptional service from the cleaning and restaurant/bar staff, made for a truly memorable vacation. We would gladly return, hopeful for a more seamless butler experience next time.

My family had an amazing time at this resort. The second we stepped in the resort the staff made us feel welcome and the resort looked amazing. Delvin was great, he did an amazing job at creating an enjoyable environment encouraging people to dance and ensuring everyone was happy. Louisa also made the experience very enjoyable encouraging everyone to get on the dance floor. Antonio and Jordan were very friendly and were always there to say hello. Juan the bartender was amazing and was always serving drinks with a smile on his face. Victor our butler always greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff at the resort was amazing and made this experience unforgettable.

We had a great vacation here! Orlando was so much fun. He was so energetic and friendly and knew how to keep the guests engaged and active. Samuel was our butler and was very attentive. He helped us make any dinner reservations and checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. Just left and missing the beach already.

Pros: Beautiful property and beach and rooms were large. Nightly shows were cool. Drinks were readily available and nice to have snacks and food options at the bar late nights.
Cons: Food was very bland, only had a couple of good meals. Meals took forever to be served at restaurants (Steak restaurant was the best food and service though!). Heard multiple stories of money being taken, definitely secure your belongings (not just in the safe!).
Other notes: Butler service was okay, but it seemed hard to communicate and get everything we needed in a timely manner, same with room service. Would have liked to see more local culture like food, shows and history. However, it was nice to have availability to schedule excursions there.

The Majestic Mirage is absolutely beautiful. All of the staff were very attentive, and they went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The grounds were spotless, the room was spacious and very clean. The beach was exceptional. Our butler Francisco did a fantastic job of looking after us, he was amazing. Shoutout to our favorite bartender Gustavo. We will definitely return!
