Bernie Bush
The resort was beautiful and the service was great! The room was very nice except for the toilet area. There wasn't much privacy. The shower was awesome and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. Some of the food was average at the buffet, but restaurants were very good. The beach was nice and the pool was fabulous! They had entertainment every night which was good. I would definitely go back!

The hotel is beautiful, you appreciate it more and more as the days go by. Food isn't the best but I'm a tough critic, so I give it an average 7 on 10, sometimes it was a 10, sometimes it was a 5/10. Beach is also very nice, pools and kids splash club was perfect for my kids. Kept them entertained the entire time. Stephanie from the kids club was a great entertainer, so we're her colleagues. They appreciate their job and love what they do. We saw 2 great shows, which were the Michael Jackson and the Circus show which was a 11/10! My main only complaint is the walls are a bit thin and you can hear the TV from the other room, which kept me up at night a few times.

This was by far the best resort we have stayed at…and we have stayed at some wonderful places! Definitely returning next year. Staff was friendly, fun, and provided over the top service! Food was great at all restaurants as well as the buffet. We stayed in a swim up one room suite in the Majestic Elegance Club section. Our Butler Melvin made us feel like family and was always there to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. He took care of everything we needed. Special shout out to Juan and Oscar at Limited Gourmand restaurant for making us feel so special and giving us a one of a kind dining experience!! Couldn’t ask for a better vacation experience! Beautiful grounds, great beach!! I would give 6 stars if I could!!

We stayed at Majestic for our daughter's wedding. We stayed on the adults only side. Victor was our butler (he was amazing!!) Everything was clean and just great! Michael was our bartender at the family pool on Friday and also he was our bartender at the wedding on Sunday. The food at the wedding was the best overall. If staying on the adults only side be prepared to walk a lot but so worth it!! Great place! Thank you to everyone for the welcoming feel and great experience!!

The resort was absolutely beautiful, and we had a great time overall! Our mix-up with rooms was a bit disappointing, but apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The resort offered a variety of events throughout the day, such as yoga sessions, night parties, and even a foam party in the pool. However, my only complaint revolves around the food. I found it challenging to enjoy the buffets as the taste didn't quite meet my expectations. Nevertheless, I must commend the breakfast buffet, which was exceptional. The chefs preparing omelets were always pleasant and kind. Additionally, the restaurants on-site were fairly decent, with the Italian restaurant being my favorite! Despite the food issue, I would still wholeheartedly consider coming back again
