We had an enjoyable week here. Internal refurb well done. Spa is good but not open early enough or late enough. Food is good for buffet style - gets very busy. Location is brilliant. Service from some staff let this down. Was extremely annoyed when we used car park for one night but was charged for two especially when it was half empty and the excuse from the receptionist was poor. JS please train your staff better.

I had an amazing time at this hotel, the beach (50 meters) away has the finest white sand and clearest waters, not too much tourists or rowdy crowds. Hotel is very clean and superb for value, our cost comes with dinner and breakfast buffets. The hotel lobby, common area and hallway are refurbished and look very modern, the room is more traditional style but good enough for what you need. Toilet is clean. Also, make sure you check out the spa, the jacuzzi is very nice, something your would normally pay to access but free at this hotel.

Really good hotel, great price, Def recomend. 50m from beach, decent amount of on street parking and private parking you pay for. Close to lots of bike shops, super markets, bars and the beach. Hotel pool area was nice, rooms were good, not perfect, but good. Staff were very nice and seemed very helpful to other guests too. Stayed here a few years ago and was great. Sure they have bike facilities at hotel too

Just arrived back from a wonderful stay at JS Alcudi Mar. My little boys first holiday aboard and it was fantastic. The hotel is great, the staff wonderful and the food is amazing. The bar staff and dining room staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was great. Our room was lovely and kept lovely and clean and tidy by the wonderful cleaners. The beach opposite the hotel is beautiful. A much needed holiday and a wonderful time had by all. Thank you for a fantastic stay. 😀
