Not a 4 star due to customer service and general look and feel of the hotel (nicer in the photos). But still worth the stay as long as you’re not looking for something very premium. Not the staff’s fault, just seems like a very stressful work culture. Breakfast bar is very good - just expect them to clear your half eaten food and drinks and ask you 30 times if you are finished, and for very loud noises next to you as they clear the dishes right by you. Expect orders to be taken wrong at the bar and restaurant. Expect to wait for service and go searching yourself. Lovely location very easy and nice walk to the city centre. Very good gym facilities. Spa is good but closes early.

Just finished our trip in Palma and what a great hotel this was! The location was perfect. Nice and quiet area but within 5-10 min walking distance of the bay which made for a nice mooch in the sun. We opted for the swim up room which was amazing! Very clean and modern rooms. All the staff were very friendly, especially at the end of our stay post check out when we were aloud to use a spare room to shower and get ready before an evening flight. Overall a great experience in a chicc, contemporary hotel and I highly recommend you try here! We will be back…

My four-day weekend stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The service was excellent, with the staff always eager to assist and accommodate any requests. However, I did encounter some disappointment with the breakfast at the restaurant. While there were plenty of options available, I found some of the items, like the scrambled eggs, lacking in taste. Despite this, my overall experience was positive.

Disappointing stay, all style no substance. More like a 3 star hotel. Arrived early and as we couldn’t check in we stored our luggage and sat around the pool. Pool area nice, neither pool heated so they were freezing cold but it is only April. Checked in to find we had been put in a twin with no bed for our child. Back down to reception and are moved to floor 5, still no bed set up for our child which was disappointing as we wanted to rest after a long day traveling. We’re told that it could be anytime before 5, which isn’t great the room should be ready. Room was grotty, lots of damage and not very clean. Came back after an evening out and the bed still wasn’t made up, had to call someone to come and do it. The main issue we had with the hotel was the noise, we were put right above the noisy bar area and then when we finally do get to sleep we get woke up at 8am by the maids up and down, no problem try to get back to sleep, but can’t because then the work starts on the hotel next door, drilling, clanging and shouting. Terrible three nights sleep couldn’t wait to go home!

Stayed in Melia Palma Bosque for 4 Nights. My room was located on the 8th Floor and smelling "DRAIN" badly. I have expressed on several occasion my desire to change room, this wasn't addressed despite 4 attempts, the famous "Magnana-Magnana" response.... On the Saturday and Sunday, broken glasses in the elevators not being cleaned up forcing guest to take the stairs. Hotel restaurant is a disappointment and doesn't deserve the current ranking in Tripadvisor/thefork, food is bearly warm and tasteless. Staff is nice but not being managed properly as a result their attention and support to guest and facility is not to the expected standard. On the positive Breakfast is nice. Certainly not a place to recommend unless you are doing a Bachelor party.....
