Absolutely LOVE this place! I literally can not wait to come back and I left yesterday. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing getaway surrounded my nature and the most beautiful birds and wildlife. Everyone was really nice and willing to help out as well. The rooms are clean and spacious (we got a king bedroom). The beach is also stunning and it’s not a mission to get a beach chair because there are so many available. The pools are nice as well and there are multiple different pools that are connected. The food was amazing as well and there are so many incredible options to choose from. The only regret I have is not spending enough time at the resort because we did 3 excursions and we were only there for 5 days. There’s so much to do at the resort that you won’t get bored! Would definitely recommend allocating more of your time to staying at the resort. We did decide to take the shuttle from the resort to fifth Avenue which cost us 26 USD for two people with return transportation. Fifth Avenue was nice to look around but as soon as the street vendors realize that you don’t speak Spanish and that you’re a tourist, they will up charge you so much so make sure to bargain with them because the prices will go from 180 pesos to 80 pesos. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this resort and I’m genuinely excited to come back. Definitely glad I decided to go with this resort after doing a lot of research.

The hotel is amazing. The drinks are good, great service from the bartenders at the pool and at the lobby bar. The food service was also amazing, all the waiters and waitresses were really kind to us. But the quality of the food can improve, it is not the best at the buffet. The entertainment has been amazing, all the team is kind and makes you feel so welcome, especial mention to Jireh from the team, he never forgot to say hello to us every time he saw us at the pool or theater he was inviting us to all the activities, always making sure we had good time.

Overall, such a great resort. Wonderful for families. We upgraded to ocean front this time around and it was worth it. Emily with the entertainment team is so wonderful. She gives it her and brings tons of fun to the pool, the lobby, or the DJ booth. We will be back!❤️❤️

I had an amazing time at this resort with my family. I would recommend it to anybody looking to go on a trip with family or with friends. The activities are fun and the food is amazing. The workers are friendly and always ready to help the guests needs. Juliana is the most energetic and friendly person and brings the fun to every event!

This all inclusive resort was fantastic. We came here for my girlfriends birthday and were treated with amazing service throughout our stay. The food here was delicious and enjoyed the Mediterranean and Japanese restaurants. We stayed on the Balinese beds which had a spectacular view of the ocean. We are and drank every day to our hearts content. We even loved having a late night crepe. This resort had it all from a travel agency inside, photo services, a spa, painting, a humongous pool. It was more than anyone can imagine! Definitely worth a stay. Special thanks to Luis Barros and the staff like Max at the snack bar, Francisco at the beach bar, Samantha, Arturo, Josue, and many many more whose names I am forgetting!
