My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon and stayed at Iberostar Grand Bávaro and it was the most amazing experience. We stayed for 7 days and everything since we landed at the airport was perfect. Our butler Alex was AMAZING and always on top of everything and always checking in on us. The rooms were always cleaned twice a day and we had a honeymoon touch to it every day. The staff is so kind and we were always attended to. The pool and activity staff were also so much fun and always entertaining. On top of that, the food was amazing and we never had a bad meal. I hope we get back there one day because it was truly the best week we've ever had!!

The hotel and service are top notch! Our butlers, Eduardo and Valentin, were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! The resort has amazing pools and a beautiful beach. There is a fitness trail/walk that is lined with trees and shrubs, we enjoyed walks there overlooking the golf course. You never lack for anything as staff are always nearby to take a beverage order. There are several restaurants to choose from for dinner and the breakfast and lunch buffets offer many delicious options. The food was consistently very good. The service was dependable and staff were eager to please and ensure your visit was going as well as possible!

This was the most amazing trip I have ever taken. The staff at the Grand Bavarian were phenomenal! Everyone we met went above and beyond! From the beginning, Eduardo took care of our every need. He was friendly, polite, professional, and very informative. He made us smile everyday! Brandon and Thomas at the Lobby Bar were so fun and made our evenings magnificent! They were energetic and friendly and we always had a great time with them! At the Pool- Ery and Hamlet took care of us and always made sure we were well hydrated and having fun! The food was amazing! Every restaurant we tried was so delicious and the quality was better than we have ever had at any all inclusive. Some of our favorites servers were Anna and Benjamin You will not regret choosing this resort. We had not one complaint other than we were not able to stay longer!

Valentin and Eduardo were just fantastic! They took care of everything for our family of two rooms and really made our trip so much better. Maribel provided top notch, excellent chamber service and kept our rooms fantastically clean and inviting! The rooms are a fantastic and large size with the best air conditioning I've ever had at a hotel.

This place is beyond fantastic. The entire staff was well beyond accommodating and professional from the from the front desk to housekeeping, food service and everything / everyone else. The views from everywhere are nothing but spectacular even when it rains. From the turquoise and blue of the ocean on the beach to the perfectly sculpted and manicured grounds. My wife and I cannot wait for another opportunity to return to this gem of a resort. Alex, our butler was a gem and Yari in the food services area were especially great with their friendly personalities and overboard willingness to assist us during our stay.
