I read reviews about this place and I have to say they do not do it any justice. I do believe they underwent a renovation not long ago. Iberostar is very well-known, exceptional resort chain and this place is no exception. The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is incredibly delicious and diverse. We found different things to eat every single night, and I think there are things even for the pickiest eaters. We were looking to change the location of our room to be in the more adult section of the resort and were accommodated quickly and with a smile by Joan who is freaking awesome. The hours of operation for the buffets and the pool bars are super frequent and you pretty much can eat and drink all day if your heart desires. Again, I will just tell you, don’t listen to any negative reviews. Those people are the outliers. This place is absolutely fabulous, the food the drink, the people the staff, the ambiance. 10/10 no notes. I just wish it were closer to where I lived!

We had a lovely week at Cala Domingos! My first experience in an all-inclusive resort. Because the apartments were spread out throughout the park it felt very green and spacious. Our (well maintained, convenient) houses were by the beach, where there was a golf car every 5 minutes or so to take us to the restaurant on the other side (a 7 minute walk uphill otherwise). Because it was early season not all facilities were open and they were struggling a bit with lines at the reception. However they did seem to learn about this later on, so we were helped a lot faster at the end of the week. Because our check-in was a bit chaotic, we didn't get the right wristbands at first and we had to go back to fix this. They never really explained us how to lock and unlock our doors, but the golf car staff was kind enough to help us. Maybe add instructions about this inside the apartments? I missed a bit of information about the surroundings and the resort itself - this was available at reception but I always like to read the info in my room. Same goes for the wifi connection. There was a lot of entertainment for the kids and all staff was very friendly especially to the little ones. The pools were a bit cold this early in the summer season, which was inconvenient but not too bad. We had lovely walks to nearby beaches and there was a perfect bus connection along the coast to Porto Cristo (among other places). Because we were a big group of 15, it was sometimes hard to sit together at the restaurant. However they were always happy to help us move some tables and make it work. They even made us a birthday table with decorations and sparkling wine! The food was excellent in every way. So much local food too! And we love the chef that cooked the fish for us. Cocktails were included which was great: we discovered a new favorite - Mojito with Barcelo Rum. Thanks to all staff for your smiles and efforts!

Our group stayed at this great hotel for one week and we all had a great time, multiple pool areas and other facilities were superb. Rooms and canteen were to a very high standarts. Close to the beach and spectacular views. Terresa at the reception was extra helpfull and always offering great service. Other staff were also great as it should be for the standart this hotels was offering.
