My partner and I stayed at the resort for 11 nights, and from the moment we spoke to the amazing and friendly receptionists we knew our stay would be an incredible experience. The food and service in the buffet and restaurants were sublime. All the staff have an amazing eye for the little details which make the experience of dining in the resort so special. The swimming pool area, including the swim up bar were very clean and once again, the service we received was fantastic. Almost every day, a member of staff would come to our sunbeds, whether by the pool or the beach and offer us something to drink. Overall, the experience has been outstanding and I would definitely return here and will recommend the resort to others.

We just got back from a seven day vacation. We stayed in room 2497. The room was well kept, the balcony was a great place to hang out cleaning service was great. The food was OK. Typical resort food. The service times was excellent, only a few incidences were my order wad not returned with or not so friendly encounters but most times was great. Starcamp drop in I believe from 2 to 4 was very great. My kids had a blast, and their staff is extremely well trained, and professional . The grounds of the hotel are well kept and beautiful. The only thing I can think of that they could work on was more variety of food at the buffet, and the mini fridge in the room needs to be updated, the drinks in there are literally room temperature. I had to keep walking to the ice machine a few times a day to keep my beers cool.

Beautiful resort in a blue-flag beach. We visited with our adult kids and friends, and everyone had a great time. Grounds are beautiful and staff friendly and attentive. It is not quite the level of attention as in their "Grand" resorts, but excellent for their category. Food was delicious, with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, and good variety to satisfy all preferences. Definitely plan to visit again.

The hotel was nice. It needed more on site activities or excursions. It would have been nice to have a party boat. But the overall stay was good. The club had swings but the music could have been more of a variety. The staff were wonderful and the beds were made nice and crisp each day with a decoration on there using the local flowers. They had night time entertainment. The birds are very friendly, so expect them to walk up by you with no problem.

It was our first time to Iberostar Selection Bavaro Suites, but it certainly won't be our last. The Staff are all amazing! They certainly work their butts off to make sure all guests are taken care of. We made sure to show our gratitude with tips every day! I highly recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise at the beach too! The only downfall....and like I said, we will still go back.... is the food at the buffet. It needs improvement. Also most food was not hot...only room temperature.
