What a fantastic place this has been for our holiday. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The food is brilliant and the staff cannot do enough for you. My boys have nut allergies and the kitchen staff and management really helped in sorting things out for us. Many thanks to all the staff who looked after us

Overall great value for money and a lovely kid friendly hotel. The food and drink, as well as the service were definite highlights. The hotel is well presented if a bit run down in places like the lift lobby/lifts and the bathroom, but this did not detract from the stay. I would recommend the all inclusive but if you didn’t there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. You can walk onto the beach from the hotel. Only downside was the pool (indoor and outdoor) were freezing so it was difficult to swim but I suspect this is better in the summer.

Absolutely fantastic place. They have been so good at supporting us with our child’s allergies. Every day the manager either arranges for separate food to be cooked in advance, or a tour of the buffet with the chef depending on our preference and allergy labelling is good. If there were any negatives, it would be the pool which I assume is unheated so is absolutely freezing at this time of year, that includes the indoor pool and the kids club ratios were on the low side particularly for the younger age groups. Other than that I could not fault this hotel. If you do not have all inclusive then the drinks package is good value. Rooms are clean and well presented. The beach is connected to the pool area. It’s literally 10 metres away.

Fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, offered all the modern conveniences, comfortably furnished. The breakfast was very good – a wide variety of choices and all delicious. I particularly enjoyed the pool and spa facilities. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to this area.

The hotel is great ,mostly for families with children(80% of the guests had children on our stay) therefore you have an extra room with an extendable couch which is very nice. there area lot of ammenities, a lot of food variety, shows for children and not only and so on. Perfect service. Only issue(which i put it on us) is that basic rooms as the one we had are all pointing at the main road so there is a lot of car noise at night..so totally avoid the basic rooms if you re not an easy sleeper. Also they have a ventilation system for cooling/heating and as you may know or not from other hotels, even on OFF it makes some small noise..
