It was an overall good experience. It is recommended if you are with your family and don't want to visit other places of the island often Pros The rooms were very clean every day and the room was spacious it was spacious with great view. The food tasted great and there was a good variety of food. The service in general was very good and the personnel seemed to work really hard for everyone which is much appreciated. A great feature the hotel has is also the bus that can travel to the beach and back several hours in the day. Cons The major disadvantage for me is that the hotel is operated mainly to support families and not couples or individuals. There were kids in every corner causing chaos which is fine because they are kids but the hotel could also facilitate some features for couples and individuals. For example, the swimming pool in front of the bar could be adults only or do some entertainment only focused to adults as that was only based on kids entertainment. Another improvement would also be to have water and beer available to self serve in the bar instead of waiting someone from the stuff of the bar. Finally, I believe that there should be more people cooking in the BBQ area as we were waiting in long queues to get eggs in the morning and any meat on lunch.

We enjoyed every minute spent there. From early morning until late at night. This was our third time at this hotel. And everyone deserved a 5-star review: cleaning ladies, cooks, waiters, bartenders, receptionists and the animation team. But my biggest thanks go to the bartenders. I only remember some of the names - Augustin, Francisco, Kiko, of course Antonio and best of the best - incredibly professional, always smiling Said, who always found a moment for us. The food was delicious, the pools were clean, rooms - spacious and comfortable. Our 7-year-old son said he could stay there forever. Thank you all very much.

We spend 7 days in this hotel with the all inclusive board. Overall, we had very nice holidays. Only thing I could suggest to the hotel is to dedicate one swimming pool for adults only, as all three pools were constantly busy with children and so not very relaxing if you are a couple you don't have kids or if you travel with friends! The drinks and cocktails could also be of a little better quality. On the other hand the food was very good and tasty. All the people working at the hotel were always nice and polite.There is also a small bus to take you to the nearest beach (cala domingos) which is provided for free by the hotel. There was a bus stop just outside the hotel to take you to Palma or the nearby villages.
