Be sure to add drinks to your dinner. No drinks is an unacceptable practice. It's better to make the price higher and add drinks, because this lack causes unpleasant situations with the service. This is a huge surprise. We have already been to many hotels and this practice is a shock to us. The bathroom in the room is in terrible condition. There is fungus, stone, a broken shower head and cockroaches. The room has disgusting walls. The bed is terrible because it has springs, is hard and squeaks. The pillows are also terribly hard. We wake up many times at night because it is very uncomfortable. The bar staff (older gentleman with glasses) were a disaster. He made the drink for 10 minutes while reading the recipe on the menu, and he also cheated me because the price was supposed to be 8 euros, but he asked for 10 euros.

The rooms are a little bit dated but we’re clean but housekeeping did not leave towels on 2 occasions. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I was bed and breakfast and was not allowed orange juice at breakfast as this was for all inclusive guests which I thought was very wrong. The drinks are reasonably priced and the bar staff work very hard to make sure you have a nice time.

Had a very enjoyable time. Had a week away at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was 💯 %. Thank you all for making our first trip abroad a very pleasant and memorable week. Can't remember all the names of staff but Raquel one of the staff was outstanding throughout the week and we had a laugh with her all week and one of the entertainers Oscar was brill along with the other two entertainers ( sorry cannot remember the other guy or girls name) but all were outstanding. Thank you again for a fantastic week 😀

Amazing hotel! We stayed for 9 days and had an amazing time! The entertainment was absolutely brilliant, the staff were super great! Plenty of things going on for everyone - darts/pool/water polo etc. Would definitely recommend, our 8 year old absolutely loved it too! Rooms super comfortable and clean, all you could want. The food was incredible - a really good variety, so much choice! We will be back in the future for sure! Really would recommend very highly!

During a heatwave, even a cup of tap water was only for all-inclusive guests. We were overcharged multiple times at the snack bar. The cleanliness of the rooms could certainly be improved. There was dried throw up splatter all over the toilet base, and a few hairs in the bed. Food at the buffet is good, lots of fresh fruit! Kids are out of control at the pool, so keep in mind it's definitely geared towards families. Location isn't bad but it's at least 8 min by foot to the hustle and bustle or beach. Wouldn't recommend for couples. We slept with the AC on one night and woke up both with extremely sore throats and coughs.
