Recommended. Really enjoyed this all inclusive stay. - excellent sea view from the balcony - rooms were large and clean - we had half board which included breakfast and dinner. The dinners were actually very good! They had a different theme each night. One night they had fresh grilled fish which was delicious. - Location is good - Pool area is nice to relax - The balcony had some plants which obstructed the view. Note for management: I paid for the view so please don't block it with some small ugly plants that add no value. - The hotel definitely caters for an older crowd but this didn't bother us at all.

If I return to lanzarote, I would happily rebook this hotel. We arrived at 9.30pm and were told food had been sent to our room as we had missed dinner. I thought that was a lovely touch. The room was perfectly adequate, amazing view from the balcony! The inside of the hotel is truly astonishing, like nothing I've ever seen. You feel like you're outside, there's tonnes of vines hanging down from all the floors, beautiful. We were all-inclusive. Breakfast was by far the best meal of the day. Loads of delicious prepared fruit, jams, ham, cheese and the best thing ever..... English bacon!!! Lunch and dinner were good, but not tonnes of choice. That's not necessarily a bad thing, sometimes there's too much choice and you end up having a bit of everything! All the staff were super helpful and friendly. There is only one bar serving drinks during the day. Not sure if that changes in the height of summer, but it would certainly struggle when full. There's also no map of the hotel, even when you scan the QR code to get the hotel info. So you have to figure out where everything is yourself. The hot snack bar from 3.30pm -6pm served the best cheese burgers EVER! We were able to use the AI facilities up until we left at 6pm, so again, very pleased with that. Fantastic location with bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep.

We've been lucky to stay here many times - returning because you're assured of great quality in all they do for their guests. Changes have been made over the years to improve environmental impacts too. Regular staff are there year after year as well, which shows the hotel as good employers, and they are all friendly and helpful - can't fault them. This shows in the delivery of hotel activities too 😀 Location is fabulous as well, overlooking beach with bars shops and restaurants nearby. We're normally here at Easter and temps are usually 23-26°. Can't wait for our next visit!

We stayed here for a long weekend in April. From our arrival, all staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful and not one could be faulted. The location is superb with private access to the beach and heated swimming pools. Our room had a fabulous view over the entire pool complex and the beach. In the room were tea and coffee making facilities with bottled water. The terrace was large enough for the two of us. We went all inclusive. Food and drinks are available all day long and entertainment was provided every evening. We didn't try out the tennis courts, but they are there along with mini golf. The reason I'm giving this exquisite resort a 4 star is because some of the food just wasn't great. All dishes have labels explaining what the dish is but on our final morning, the labels hadn't been changed from the night before so all were incorrect. Breakfast and lunch were the best meal times as chefs were there preparing fresh food but we ended up eating outside the hotel for dinner on two nights. Speaking of outside, the location is great as you walk straight out to an area filled with stores and restaurants. Not sure if its just the time of year, but it did feel a bit like being in a retirement retreat. Overall happy with our choice for this trip to Lanzarote.

This place is amazing. I've noticed some people say it's more aimed towards the elder's, but as a young couple - we disagree. The music that starts around early evening is aimed at the elder generation, but the entertainment that starts at 9.30pm is great and age appropriate for everyone. During the day they have games which you can join in such as; pool Zuma, water aerobics, shuffle board, archery, French bowls, cookie making, quizzes, bingo and many others that we didn't get a chance to do. All the staff go above and beyond for you, always smiling and super friendly. Rowland - whos one of the entertainers is amazing and as a couple who get anxious, we really appreciated how lovely he is. He makes you feel very comfortable and he's hilarious. He's one of the many reasons why we're booking again and bringing our families too! We found a tourist shop just a 10 minute walk from the hotel, where we spoke to a lovely lady called Sasha where we booked a few trips. One being a drag show which was hilarious and another being The Grand Tour. Both recommended! The hotel is beautiful and there's loads of lovely shops just over the road. The food was amazing, there's always something for everyone - even fussy eaters! Rooms are lovely and spacious which were always clean. The maids always did a wonderful job. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We'll be back next year, bringing more people with us! :-)
