Set at the quieter end of Puerto del Carmen we stayed All Inclusive. Staff were good, food was great ,drinks were international brands. Lots of outside space with a large pool and plenty of sunbeds at this time of year. Age group of the clients was elderly, walking stick count was very high. If you are young and trendy stay elsewhere if looking for a good quality hotel within walking distance of the centre it's well worth thinking about staying here.

This hotel is just outside the main/busy area of Puerto del Carmen a bit quieter but still well within walking distance of the main resort. The client age group is elderly and the hotel caters for that, with a few minor tweaks it could be a very nice care home. Staff are terrific and helpful, rooms are kept spotless. The quality of the food is very good and the restaurant staff attentive. Tables are very close together with minimal space in-between,bearing in mind the age group, the slow shuffling round the buffet area can be challenging but the quality of the food is worth it. WiFi throughout the hotel is patchy, between 1 and 15 Mbps, irritatingly if you leave the hotel it does not auto connect on return and you have to sign back in, not a big issue but annoying. View from the room was excellent and had sun all afternoon, plenty of sunbeds and the pools were never too busy. Would I stay here again possibly as has a bus stop outside the door, turn left and into Puerto del Carmen turn right and off to the airport all very flat and walkable with plenty of shops\bars along the way.

Just got back from weekend in this hotel, the location of the place it's the most positive about it , food is very average, some of meals are not even worm or just about. The rules of the dress code for dinner are different for each guest, evening entertainment would say it's not what we usually experience in 4* hotels ...., 90% of quest in hotel 70+ of age . They do have an some kind of card system for your meals and drinks where you got to keep on you to present for staff... we now in XXI century can could be easy improve to much more efficient system... In general it's OK hotel if you want something seafront other then that is definitely not a 4*

Myself and my partner were here in January for my 50th. We went all inclusive for the first time ever and it was so worth it. It’s a huge hotel with pool bar and 2 pools, top pool is the nicest. Beach towels are €10 deposit, which was a great idea. Food was lovely and drink was plenty. The entertainment wasn’t great but we had a great time chatting with other guests. The room was a little dated but the bed was very comfortable. Shower was huge and always had clean towels. The staff are absolutely wonderful. I ended up very sick with a chest infection, cough and a fever. They all looked after me and the day of my birthday, I got a bottle of champagne, fruit, water and a lovely note from them. There is a small beach but I only had a quick look at it. We are definitely going back again.

Really enjoyed out stay at this hotel. The reception staff were super friendly and the bar staff were always on hand to serve drinks quickly. Restaurant staff were attentive and the food was excellent. Some of the best food I have had in an all inclusive hotel! The rooms were a little outdated but I do know they are getting slowly refurbished so its not a big deal. Great location and even looked at returning again next year! Thank you!
