We had a great time at the hotel as a family of 3 (2x adults and 1x 6 year old boy). The entertainment staff really make the hotel better. They get involved with every guest and are always full of energy. A special shout out to Steve from the entertainment team who was super friendly and no matter how busy he was he would always stop and have a chat with you to make sure everything was okay. Also to Alissa (I think that’s her name) who took care of my son during the day activities at Pepe Land after he had a fall on the court and cut his knees and arm. She was great with him and even checked up on him the following day to make sure he was okay.
If it wasn’t for the entertainment team I think some of the flaws of the hotel would be highlighted more. The catering/bar staff is slightly under staffed which means you can be queuing for a rather long time to be served any drinks etc.
All in all, we booked a 4* hotel and that’s exactly what we got. No major complaints and it met our expectations. We leave having had a really good time and lots of memories made.

Loved the place.
Very clean and tidy, facilities are great, staff very friendly and welcoming. Great range of food, and tastes great.
When busy they did get a bit of a strop on if you were on a bigger table than necessary but within 2 days they had amended the tables to accommodate so was less of an issue.
Free bus to local town and back but only 10/15 min walk to either beach area with loads of local food places too.
Fridge in room and air conditioning was useful!
Outdoor pools cold natural water but u get used to it. And can be welcome on a hot day.
Definitely a good choice.

This is a great hotel, great location, food is great especially for a Spanish all inclusive.......but!! The wait times to get served at a the one and only bar that is open at night is a nightmare. It is also the same at the pool bar during the day. We went in April so God knows what it would be like during the summer months. Not sure if it is staff shortages or just a ploy to get you to drink less (I'm not a big drinker) but as i stand at the bar there is currently 22 people in front of me! Would I come back, probably as everything else is fantastic with the hotel although some of the guys working at the bartenders at the pool bar should probably not be working in a customer facing environment unless they learn how to smile 😁.

Great hotel. Good if you've got kids. Food is good and the drinks flow...especially if you have all inclusive. Shame that no one tells you til you get here there is an upgrade from silver to gold all inclusive and its too late to sort at the hotel so ask your travel company. Really good hotel...clean, tidy, well presented. We've had a good week. Watch those moaners as there is nothing to moan about!

Had a guided walk this morning up a dormant volcano by Roberto! Well what can I say very knowledgeable, kind friendly and great with my young son. Very hard-working man could not have asked for a better guide.
My only issue with this hotel and this is my second time here is that you have to line up for the bar.
