The place is lovely. The staff are all absolutely amazing. Had a brilliant holiday.
The only thing is all inclusive is limited to 6 pints a day. 3 with dinner, 3 with tea. If you want anymore, you have to pay. Although it was cheaper to buy at the bar that go to pubs. Pepsi and other pops free all day after 11.00am.
Wheelchair and mobility scooters. You have to go down the road to get on the beach from the hotel. That's another downside.

Absolutely loved this hotel, right on the beach. We upgraded to the junior suite and that is was well worth the extra. The staff were great, all very friendly. I will definitely go back again.

Location is great with a nice view, however you need to pay extra for sea view. Rooms are a bit outdated, basic, not much provided. I would rate it more like a 3*, food is repetitive and not always a great variety. Reception staff was helpful and Spa is included in the price, however don't expect a 4*. It is always noisy during the night with parties.

I'm particularly impressed by the generous space offered in my room, creating a sense of comfort and relaxation throughout my stay.
I cannot overlook the daily cleaning efforts, which maintain the rooms in remarkable pristine condition, while the beach is just a few steps away, opening the door to the bliss of sand and waves.
Furthermore, it's remarkable to have the option to rent towels in exchange for a small deposit. Located directly on the beach promenade, the hotel facilitates access to the marine paradise. The tranquil and relaxed atmosphere is created by guests with a more mature profile, offering a smooth and serene experience.
The benefit of an all-inclusive package is a real convenience, and constant internet access is a significant asset. However, communication could be improved in English, though most of the staff prove to be friendly and accommodating.
I can only applaud the exceptional quality of the food.
My room was entirely to my liking, with the mention that a bathtub instead of a shower would have been a welcome enhancement of the facilities.

All-inclusive not at all three drinks only at meal time bit of a joke grate if you like wine or there lager food very good if ya a rabbit not a lot of choice very bland checking in every time you go for food got band on but still needed to know room number reminds me of concentration camp bed was like sleeping on floor really bad asked to change mattress put a blanket in with the sheets what a joke place is nice and clean but needs updating just to remind you don't All-inclusive hear better food eating out I will definitely not be returning to this hotel
