We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Great location and fantastic view over the sea from the balcony. The hotel staff in the restaurant were extremely friendly and always greeted us with a huge smile. At the reception desk Serafin was very friendly and helpful, we arrived in the morning and he let us check in a couple of hours early free of charge. It was a really enjoyable experience at this hotel.

The hotel has an excellent location. Beach across the street and bus stop 150m. We chose it because of the possibility of storing bicycles and the proximity of the rental office. The hotel met our expectations. Among the minor shortcomings, I can mention the insufficient wifi signal in our room on the second floor (225) and the noise coming from the equipment located on the roof (probably an outdoor air conditioning unit). It may be uncomfortable for some during a longer stay. On the other hand, I have to mention the staff. The young lady at the reception and the hotel manager helped us a lot right at check-in. We were robbed on the way from the airport and they both helped us manage this stressful situation. I also appreciate the attitude of all the ladies in the restaurant. Despite the hard work, they were always smiling and helpful

The staff are wonderful, they all work so hard with a smile in their faces. Anna greeted us every morning for breakfast and served us in the bar late at night, amazing woman, alwaus so happy and helpful, not only to us but everyone she came across. They couldn't do enough for us. So central, right next door to some amazing restaurants and bars. Definitely be back

Arrived Friday, a problem with the booking, the hotel was full but they got us in, we had to change room the next day, but it was worth it. The man on reception at night sorted it , and he is a diamond. Great location in Palma nova, right in the centre. We only found out there is a lovely restaurant and bar on site, it was never explained to us. We will definitely return. The staff are so helpful. We had a breakfast and I have to say the buffet was awesome. Thank you. J and c 613

We saw the pictures and had high expectations about the Hotel. Unfortunately we were disappointed. It started bad, they gave us the keys for a room that was occupied. The new room was not clean, ants in the bathroom, the sheets and towels were too old and with dirty stains. Water leaking after every shower on the floor. The isolation of the main door very bad. We could hear every person walking and speaking outside. Breakfast was too English, luckly there were some fresh watermelon. Could not drink the coffee nor the juice, it was too artificial. You had to pay for the safe per day, that was just a big as a A4 letter. There was only one small elevator for the whole hotel. The gym had no maintenance since the day it was open. But not all was bad, the personal was friendly, and the location was excellent. The best restaurant in town was just in front of it. Go to Ciro's if you are in Palmanova.
