Just spent 10 wonderful days here. Beautiful resort with fantastic food, staff and service. Nothing too much trouble. Great on check out got a room to shower in before we left. Our only negative which I must say has nothing to do with the resort but we were so disappointed in the ocean every day had a very strong current which you couldn’t swim in which we never saw on any reviews before we left such a shame. Definitely wouldn’t be suitable for children to go into. Had lovely restaurant Infinity Blue beautiful food but same menu every day but still amazing nevertheless. Amazing fillet steak. Beautiful resort spotlessly clean and amazing staff and service.

Paradise resort in a quiet and very beautiful corner of the island. It offers all the possible services, and it has a lot of activities already available within the all inclusive package. Food quality is good and the staff is very friendly. Ask for a wine tasting dinner in the cellar with the sommelier. It is totally worth.
On the downside, I think the way they make you book activities and restaurant could be improved with the use of an App.
It is very family oriented resort (the whole island kind of is). Nevertheless, they try to save some areas for adults only.
The Heritage domain in general, golf courts included, is simply amazing.

It is a beautiful hotel. The room was great and always clean and tidy, the staff were all smiles and the views were spectacular. It is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The only thing that keeps the hotel getting the full 5 stars was due to service. The waiters and waitresses were a credit to the hotel, yet there were times when we were waiting too long for our drinks, or occasions where my drinks orders were forgotten altogether. But this is only one minor point and I will be staying there again.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff are just incredible, especially Abhi from the bar, Oliver from the restaurant and beach bar, and Dodo for his time talking about his Country and explaining about the sealife, all of the staff go above and beyond in hotel guest care.
The rooms are lovely and clean, spa was great and relaxing, our husbands loved the golf course.
Our only couple of gripes would be as the week got more guests staying, the main buffet restaurant for the evening meal, struggled to maintain the replenishing of food and the tables were not cleared quickly enough for the next guests. But this did definitely not put us off.
I would say the BBQ was a disappointment, the show demonstrated was amazing, but sadly it was just a buffet and not a BBQ as advertised.
There was no rushing in the morning to get a bed by the pool or on the beach, there were lots of beds available at all times of the day with or without shade.
The sea was just beautiful, bright blue clear seas, it does have a strong current, but is not a problem as having read this on other reviews.
My only other comment would be the children, this hotel has the vibe of a high end boutique hotel and in my opinion should be adults only.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, we had the most lovely 10 days at this hotel.

Horrible experience. So many cockroaches in our room. We would call staff who would just say its part of the area. Even though there are part of nature knowing they were in the room was extremely uncomfortable especially crawling all over the beds. This caused lack of sleep. The food areas have very young waiters who have no customer service experience, missed food items when ordering food , cold food arriving and food that was written in the order was missed. Drinks not arriving. Felt like it was a resort for French people only. We complained to the front office manager and his assistant who stated they would get back to us after our terrible stay. We never got anything back from them. After having a hard year we was looking forward to this lovely break away which we booked months in advance. We have stayed all the world but NEVER experienced anything like this . I would AVOID.
