The lively Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife hits the right notes with fun-loving guests craving an unforgettable holiday on the sun-soaked island of Tenerife. Been such a lovely stay at this hotel, really can't fault anything at all. Food has been plentiful both in choice and amount! Bar staff cater so well to pretty much anything you'd like. All staff have been so friendly, I would like to particularly mention Alexandru at reception, he was so welcoming, has a great sense of humour and a warm smile & greeting each time we saw him. Can't wait to come back

Back from our sixth visit to Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife, and it’s still top-notch!
The suite was amazing – loved chilling in that huge jacuzzi tub and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing. There was even an xbox in the room.
Those little extras like dental kits and cool slippers? Yes, please!
The staff is always on point. Myriam, the manager, is incredible—always ensuring we have the best experience.
Seriously, she’s a gem! VIP check-in is smooth as silk, and snagging the perfect sunbed by the pool is always easy. We stayed in the splash pool but there's 4/5 to choose from depending on your vibe.
Sunset from the rooftop bar is always a treat.
Breakfast is a feast for kings, and the local scene? Just steps away with awesome eats and fun walks. Already planning our next visit—can’t wait!

Cool hotel, very lively, music playing all day quite loud so don’t come here if you want a peaceful time with a book! Nice rooftop bar. Unfortunately general service and the food was poor - better and cheaper to go out loads of places nearby. Grounds kept very tidy outside but inside was bad, the corridor outside our room did not get hoovered for over a week, no joke! All that traffic too…same bits of dirt and mess were evident. Just saying…….

Fantastic 7 day stay at Hard rock hotel. Fabulous stay in a rock royalty suite. Cleaned everyday, refill of water etc each day. Nothing was too much.
Huge shout out to Joe who looked after us with a fab bed by the pool and to Egon who served us all day with drinks. Felt like royalty they treated us so well. Definitely coming back
