My husband and I visited this hotel three times in the last year because it is such a great place to holiday and return to. The rooms we stayed in all had a fantastic view of the pool area. The food in the restaurant is always of a high quality with plenty of options. The restaurant staff are always very polite and helpful. The entertainment is the best we have ever had at any hotel which is the reason why we have returned and intend to do so later in the year. The Entertainment Manager, Miguel and his team work very hard to provide a varied program throughout each day and also every evening. The outdoor games area at the side of the hotel near the Spa is extensively used so as not to disturb guests by the pool along with the darts area which is in an enclosed courtyard. All the activities they put on every day are great fun and an integral part of our holiday. All the staff throughout the hotel are extremely pleasant and helpful. We can’t wait to see what the hotel has to offer next time we visit.

Hotel is good value for money. Lisa the guest relation host was lovely. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and we were upgraded to a junior suite. Yes they are quite dated, but everywhere is spotlessly clean. Food was average but fresh and there is a microwave if it needs reheating.

It's a great place to stay for a reasonably price. The hotel is at a convenient place,the bus stop is just front of the hotel to everywhere. The ''rooms'' (more like apartment) are big size,most with a nice balcony. The pool area is nice with a good view to the mountains and the ocean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had the breakfast at the hotel and we had plenty of choice. The only bad thing is our holiday is already over. :)

We had a week's half board here. The room has a kitchen but no access to it so if we used the chips for coffee we had no way to clean them. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The half board was great. A great selection for breakfast and a wide selection for dinner. Did not have lunch. I would say a car is necessary here to get to good beaches or visit attractions. We did not use the pool due to spending our time elsewhere.

It is good hotel with 3 or 4 stars. Location is good, bus stop is at the hotel. Very good food, however there was only instant coffee machine. Staff is very professional. Cleaning room service is excellent. The hotel has pools which is convenient option due to lack of beaches near the hotel. The towels require 25€ deposit. Kitchen use in the room is for additional price, car park is for additional 5€/night, late check out available. Bit of struggle for those who smoke so as there are no ashtrays or smoking area. The hotel is very good option for those who like to have a long walks. It also has free but not the fastest Wifi. There are few shops near the hotel.
