The staff at the hotel were the best I’ve ever met. They were helpful, attentive and also very entertaining. The range of food was massive and the freshly cooked area of the restaurant was brilliant. The main foyer area of the hotel was very nicely fitted and the bar area had loads of seating for a drink in the evening. There was also entertainment every evening which ranged from singers to more comedic acts. All were brilliant to watch! The pool was refreshingly cool and there were plenty of sun loungers available. Also, the rooms were modern, nicely decorated and air conditioned. All in all a very good stay and one that I would be happy to repeat!

Had our first trip to this island and chose this hotel as adult only. It didn't disappoint. The room and bathroom were very spacious. We were half board, and the breakfast and evening meals were delicious with plenty of choice for all tastes. The staff were friendly and super quick at removing finished pots off your table. Lovely and quiet around the beautiful pool area. Was about a 30 minute walk on the sea front path into the resort. Great selection of good quality shops. For night, a brilliant amount of bars to choose from with live music.

Great stay at Timanfaya. Joel the assistant manager has gone out of his way to assist with my dietary requirements, which I’ve really appreciated. I had one of the newly refurbished rooms. The refurb hasn’t disturbed our stay at all. The hotel is in a great location for a walk along the promenade and to the harbour. The food is excellent. They have a fresh counter where you can have your meat/fish etc cooked to how you like it. Drinks are all premium. Great all around stay.

This is the most wonderful hotel - the reason why I keep returning. At its Head is an amazing guy (Jose) who keeps everything running like clockwork and inspires his team who are always smiling helpful and happy (as well as working very hard) Rooms are kept immaculately clean and are really comfortable. Food is excellent with a great choice. The outside area is beautifully landscaped with plenty of sunloungers available for everyone. I just love it here - very peaceful & great for "winding down"

We love this area of Lanzarote and love this hotel. Adults only and really good all-inclusive - perfect!
We had a sea view balcony room which overlooked the pool area, and saw some amazingly beautiful sunsets from it. The room was large, well-equipped and kept spotlessly clean.
The food was excellent and the very nice all-inclusive wine was delivered in the bottle and opened at your table!
The hotel is situated overlooking the sea, and there are some lovely walks along the traffic-free coastal path.
There was really good entertainment in the disco bar every night, and also often a singer or musician in the bar near reception.
Service was usually very good, no complaints! We will go back, its the perfect place for us.
