We are rating this at 5 stars because it is a fabulous facility and the people that work there are incredible and amazing hostesses to curate your holiday. A great place for families and easy access to the beach and walking paths. Close by to small village to explore and in the shadow of a mountain with paragliding all day.
The only thing really that we felt could be improved was the food. The food isn’t bad but in a resort like this you tend to anticipate a bit more with regard ma to the cuisine especially their exclusive restaurants on site. It was cafeteria style to be blunt and we enjoyed eating all of our meals off their site.
Again, it isn’t bad and with families it is probably a really good thing for them but a more discerning palate may be less satisfied.

Came here on a golfing holiday after booking through a golf agent. Hotel is lovely, very welcoming. Helped us out straight away with our room as we needed a twin but had a double. Staff all very friendly. Food is great (have to wear trousers in the evening which we didn’t know). Location is 4-star as we were hoping for a more ‘lively’ hotel but it’s great for a quiet peaceful getaway. Recommend.

An excellent hotel cannot fault it. The service was good, there was always plenty of choices of food, the hotel was clean the rooms very nice and the outside area and location were fab. As a family with adults and a little one it met all our needs would definitely recommend.

lovely hotel!! very friendly, helpful and thoughtful staff. everything is super clean, well looked after, and organised. good amounts of space and rooms comfy and quiet. lobby is espiecally lovely to look at, with calming not too loud music. and variety of pools for any temperature :) will be sad to go back to a rainy home!

Overall we had a good stay.
Position is good even if not in the most upmarket area of playa del duque (the hotel is almost at the end)
Facility for kids are great: kids club, slides at the pool, kids disco and performers after dinner.
Shame they don’t offer a family room with separated bedrooms.
Quality of the food is poor to be fair.
Restaurant choice around is great and fine dining with premium quality is ensured
