Currently staying in this hotel. It's our 25th wedding anniversary and we thought we'd stretch the budget and go for a more upmarket hotel. The facilities and services at the hotel are second to none. The staff are brilliant and there is a really great vibe about the place. We had a small issue with the room that was very swiftly dealt with. The staff could not have been more helpful. There is a beautiful pool with several bars serving drinks and snacks and the pool itself is terrific. Not too cold. We had breakfast included and it's absolutely spot on. Freshly made omelette and eggs. There's a huge spread to cater for all. All in all I could not recommend this hotel enough for its location, friendly staff and all out great service.

Stayed in November 2023, it’s a big hotel but is very clean and well maintained. The pool area is lovely, with an app to book sunbeds (and Bali beds for an extra charge), no running around trying to get a sunbed as in some places! The food is very good overall, it is buffet but freshly made and lots of choice. Drinks service always very quick, including at the bars and outside in the evenings. Well maintained rooms cleaned daily. Close to the airport. For a week of winter sun would happily go back!

Overall pretty good, just needs a little more about it I'm -
Good: rooms very nice, view (on this occasion) was very good (room with limited sea view), app was good to have and updated well, activities were better than expected and the animation team were very good, book sunbeds day before was handy but booking for whole duration would have been easier, pool was nice although the tiles were very rough. Spa message was very good, defo recommend 👍
Bad: platinum exclusive stuff just annoys me, we were aware of it before though... Service from bar/restaurant staff was mostly sub-par; not really engaging and hard to get a hold of in the evenings, entertainment most nights was just shy of bad (rock band was very good however) and you cannot get a seat indoors if you don't get down there at a very early time 🤦 trying to find sunbeds first few days was a pain, waited for the two lifts that cover majority of the rooms for more than you'd expect most days, drinks were small and the food was okay but not excellent.
I wouldn't go back, but wasn't unhappy with it overall.

We had such a fabulous holiday we've already booked again. The Platinium experience was fabulous, from the outdoor breakfast to the rooftop sun loungers and infinity pool. Lots of nice quiet different areas and lots of restaurant choices. The room was great, it was spotless and very spacious. ALL the staff were always very attentive and professional. An extra special thank-you must go to BIANCA in the reception team, a credit to the hotel, who always had time to ensure we were having a great holiday and always had a friendly welcome and a smile on her face !!!!

This was our third stay at this hotel and we are also returning again in May and September. The hotel is always clean and well looked after in all areas. We go platinum at extra cost but it's worth the expense for all the little extras, private dining area, sun bathing area and we always have a direct sea view suite which has a brilliant view. The food is always brilliant in the platinum restaurant but it would be interesting to see how the food compares in the Roast restaurant. The staff are always friendly and helpful which all contributes towards a brilliant week in the sunshine.
