Perfect place to come if you're on holiday with any children. The whole resort is scrupulously clean, the staff are very friendly and the all inclusive has a wonderful range of foods, whether you fancy veggie, meaty, healthy or fried beige fare. We spent a week with family here and it was a very pleasant place to be. The only thing I'd say is it's down to luck of who else is in the resort at the same time. On the last couple of days a group of around 40 middle aged men arrived for a golfing stag do party which changed the atmosphere unfortunately with their smoking, swearing and shouting. The villas are all very close together so there's always the noise of other families around. I wouldn't choose to come here as a couple but for a family holiday it's ideal. Lots of activities for children during the day. The evening entertainments were a bit weird and not suitable for children in my opinion.

We loved this hotel. It was so clean. Loved all the plants around it. Rooms were spacious and very nice and clean. Food was very good. Staff are so friendly, so helpful. Would love to come back here.

Amazing place. We absolutely love it here. So relaxed. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and do a fantastic job. The place is spotless and rooms cleaned to a high standard daily. Food always fresh and tasty. Bella is amazing, remembered all the kids names and has such a great energy! She is such a special person. Can’t wait to return again ⭐️🌴🍹

We stayed here in Feb 2024, had a great time. Party of 7 in two rooms with 3 kids ranging from 5-11. Rooms Cleaned daily (whole hotel was spotless), spacious enough, 1 had nice rear garden onto the golf course and the other a large balcony with nice views over Los Cristianos. We had a lot to dry and cleaners left airer without asking, hotel had UK terrestrial TV which was a nice touch to catch football in room on Sky Sports. Rooms are better in person than they appeared in photos before hand. Hotel Staff very friendly, Pool was decent size and sun beds always available. Temp of heated pool was great which made it useable at all times. Food selection was small but adequate although everything was decent quality and a different selection every night. Usual selection of drinks associated with a 4 star. I would state the hotel as quite small rather than a mega complex which was refreshing and felt safer for smaller kids. There was a small park, sandpit and arcade/games room on site. There was also one day a kids pool foam party which the kids loved as well as an inflatable small assualt course on a separate day. Location Very good location, walks to resorts were very safe for kids around the outside of the golf course with paths away from roads. Can walk to Troya beach in 15 min stroll, to Hard Rock Area in 15/20 min stroll the other way and Los Cristianos Harbour in 25 mins which was fine for us as we like a good walk in the mornings. Siam Park is a 5 min walk however there is a complementary bus to save crossing the main road. Overall I would recommend this hotel for those with young families, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very nice place to stay. One cold pool and one lukewarm pool. 10 minute walk to town. Taxi charged 10 euro which seemed dear. Buffet was very good. Try go all inclusive if not cooking your own food.
