Extraordinary resort! Everything is included in the all-inclusive booking price except for room service, laundry and the spa. The food everywhere was phenomenal with amazing options for seafood, meets and spectacular pickles. The bars were well stocked with a fun variety of cocktails or excellent wines and liquors. Our favorite offerings were the wine tasting at the wine library, dinner at agreco farm, and sunning by either of the beautiful main pools.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a warm welcome, the staff throughout out stay were friendly, always smiling, and all very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room we had was a sea view, the room was large, bright and clean, the bed was realy comfortable, my only regret was not to up grade to a swim up room. The food in all the restaurants was great and could not fault anything. The pools where very nice, clean and well attended, All I can say is, thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so relaxing and enjoyable. There is only one recommendation I can give, that is to all my friends and anyone who reads this, "book a holiday at the White Palace, you will not regret it." 06/04/24 to 13/04/24 room 233

All-inclusive hotel. Excellent service and tasty food, especially in the Italian restaurant. All-star ratings are well deserved. We have enjoyed the early summer break in this resort.

A wonderful nice hotel. We had a nice stay here. The staff is very friendly and the food was really good. The only one thing that isn't very perfect: they have a long but thin beach. In front of the hotel is a bus stop, the city is easy to reach.

Good old 5 star hotel, attentive staff. Only old rough beach faded brownish towels and lacking of bathrooms robs gives you 4 star experience. Overall the building and infrastructure of the hotel would be a 5 star.
