Great and huge place, great service, great beach. Definitely a place you want to come back. Gardens around the rooms are really beautiful and make you feel you are in paradise. We spend a weekend with our huge family (12) and they make the best to accomodate us together or very close to each other and make us feel very welcome. We had a really good time here. You can go to the different hotels nearby and use their facilities, all of them are part of the hotel group palladium. Just a small recommendation (we and some other guesses felt the same): make the street signs a bit bigger and more readable, the place is so huge that usually you don't know where you're at and what direction to take, the existing signs doesn't help much, tiny and barely readable at night, including some of the restaurants signs.

From the moment you arrive, you are immersed in a world of luxury and beauty. The rooms are spacious, elegant and have stunning sea views. The service is exceptional: the staff is friendly, attentive and always ready to make your stay unforgettable. The private beach is simply spectacular: crystal clear waters, soft sand and a tranquility that allows you to completely relax. In addition, the pools are an oasis of serenity surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. Antonio Banderas is very entertaining and enthusiastic, made my trip worth it!

Good rooms and lovely beach. Food so far not been great. **edited review** previous review submitted under pressure and coercion from management. The resort - pools, grounds, beach, lobby etc is beautiful. However the rooms are tiresome with lots of maintenance needed. But the food… is terrible!! We have not received a nice meal yet. I thought we might be in luck with the snack truck located next to the kids pool but this was worse than ever. It’s like they’re serving old food from the buffet at the restaurant. Although the cocktails are good, we are so disappointed with the food which is actually ruining our whole two week experience so far. Awaiting to hear feedback from management following an internal review submitted.

The resort offers top-notch service, luxurious accommodations, and a stunning beachfront location. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel like royalty. The food is delicious with a wide variety of options to satisfy any craving. The amenities are fantastic, from the pools to the spa, there's something for everyone. Overall, I had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend Grand Palladium Resort for a truly amazing vacation!
