Stayed at the Gran Oasis over the Easter break with my partner and 4 children.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was comfortable enough, including the pull out bed underneath the television which was absolutely fine.
The food in the resort is very good for a hotel of this size, and the staff were very helpful getting our table setup with our baby. I appreciate everyone has different opinions on food, but we were perfectly satisfied with it and ate well.
The resort is a little out of the way, but they offer free shuttle buses to Siam Park and down to the beach if needed. Otherwise, it is a 20 minute walk or a cab ride.
Usually plenty of sunloungers available, and the kids had plenty of fun in the pools. Overall, we found it to be a good value family resort with welcoming service, particularly from the waiting and bar staff who were always very friendly.

We had 10 nights all inclusive at Gran Oasis and it was perfect. Staff are all lovely and work so hard. Good selection of food at all meal times. Wine and beer on tap in dining room as well as soft drinks and there's plenty of bottles of Cava although I didn't try it so can't say how it tasted. We never had a bad meal and there was plenty of variety so even picky eaters can find something they like. Location wise it is about 25 min walk down the hill to town/beach and if needed a taxi back it was about 6 or 7 euros. Hotel provides a daily shuttle bus which takes you down to the beach and picks back up. Our accommodation was beautiful spread over two floors with two balconies and outside seating. Kitchen with everything you need if you did want to cook. Pool areas were always clean and pools were heated so no icy water to get into. Always sunbeds available although there were still some guests who felt the need to put towels on beds and disappear to breakfast! There was a mix of families, couples and some large groups (hen/stag parties) at the hotel and it all had a very relaxed feeling and not loud or rowdy. Would definitely recommend Gran Oasis.

Nice hotel rooms very spacious, out of the way of everything of either a 45 minute walk to the centre or taxi €10euro each way. Food was very basic and everything just covered in garlic if you like chips and nuggets you’ll be happy. No kids club and very little entertainment in the day time. Splash park onsite was great for the little ones but a walk from the main pool but still nice. Average 3 star at best for me pleasant but wouldn’t return

We went all inclusive and have no regrets. If your food has to be piping hot then wait until a fresh serving appears. If you want to find fault I am sure you can but with thought the quality of rooms, food, service and amenities were brilliant.

Very nice rooms, loads of room.
We were bed and breakfast.
Breakfast was nice, not loads of choice
But everything you need.
Pools are heated, so it's not freezing.
Nice balcony with table and chairs, for morning coffee. Kettle in kitchen.
Sun bed downstairs just out from bedroom.
Only a 30-minute walk to the beach and town. Loads for restaurants and hundreds of shops. Walk is down hill there, so taxi back. Around £8 for taxi.
Very clean in hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly.
Nice area with 5 or so pool tables and plenty of machines for kids.
