Just came back from a few days here with my girlfriends just a little break. We honestly could not fault anything. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Plenty of drinks to be had on our all inclusive stay. Always a great choice of food from the buffet restaurant. The only thing I would say is that the food wasn't always as hot as I would have liked it but I did find a microwave so just warmed it in there. We got there on its first day of the season so we almost had the place to ourselves. We would definitely go back next year.

lovely clean(very clean) hotel in a good location for the nightlife but we heard no noise from the bars etc. Rooms exceptionally spacious and large balcony(room 412). All inclusive range was very good with self service for beer, wines and soft drinks. There is a smoking area by the pool but it was kept clean at all times which was a bonus as my partner smokes. If I had to say 1 thing negative about the hotel it would be that the food was basic in the evening but breakfast was really good. All in all it was a lovely hotel and would recommend it to anyone. In fact we have booked to stay again in September 2024. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Recently just had a 4 night stay at this hotel. Reception staff, nice and welcoming. Rooms and the hotel itself is spotless! Be careful not to burn your mouth on the food it’s that bloody hot! We nearly had a trip to a&e due to my partner getting a serious mouth blister upon eating a fried egg!!!… Shame no simple things like a kettle in the room, missed my cup of teas. Air conditioning unit sounded like a diesel engine it was that loud, kept us awake most nights. Think it’s bad you have to pay a €30 euro deposit for the safe then an additional daily rate charge!!! Never heard of that in my life. The bar doesn’t actually accept cash! It’s a card only hotel which again never heard of but this needs to be made clear at time of the booking as still old skool people still get notes for holidays rather than using a card abroad. 5 minute walk to the nightlife and beach, absolutely fab can’t fault that. All in all would stay again but not sure if I could do a 7 night plus holiday here.

Great hotel, super friendly staff - cleaners, waiting staff, bar and reception. Animation worked silky hours always with a smile. The manager was great and very helpful. Food was excellent and tho limited in daily variety there was always plenty to choose from. Plenty of sunbeds when we stayed in May. Rooms cleaned daily always with clean towels. Huge bed and powerful rain shower with no shortage of hot water. Would definitely stay again on next visit to Majorca.

The hotel was spotless! The staff at reception polite! Our room was average! And would of liked a double bed instead of twin beds! All of the hols at bedtime we felt a million miles away from each other! And if we dared go into the middle for a cuddle one of us would fell down the gap!Also the wi-fi connection in our rooms was atrocious! We had to be in 1 spot in our rooms to get a connection! There was no tea/coffee making facilities in our rooms! Luckily enough I had read other people's reviews before I went their who kindly let people know about no kettles in rooms! And that u can hire them from reception! But I bought a collapsible kettle on ebay for £8 to take with us! The food was varied but lukewarm! And the snack bar was supposed to be back out at 2.30 everyday but was always late coming out! Sometimes 40 mins later than advertised! So a few times me & my husband had to go into the main lunch hall! But we both only wanted a snack! The dining staff and the bar staff worked so hard! They seem to work very long hours! I take my hat off to all those lovely staff! Also I felt that the entertainment started to late every nght! At 9.30 pm every nght u had bingo for half n hour & then the entertainment started at 10pm. And was usually on for 1 hr! Then that's it! Some nghts if u were lucky enough the hotel rep would play a few tunes! Then that was it! Everyone off to bed! And the pool area is very claustrophobic! And there wasn't any music in the pool area! I wasn't bothered by this! But some people like to have some tunes around the pool! The rep did some games with people around the pool! There was many different age groups at the hotel! The best nghts we had of the entertainment was the flamenco dancers on Tuesday nghts! Defo worth a watch! Karoake nght on Thursday nghts! I took part! Love a karaoke! And we had a lovely act called Diva on Sunday nght! Who had a fab voice! And was very entertaining! Our rooms 316 & 317 faced onto the main road so if u was out on the balcony at times it was very noisy with coaches, lorries, & motorbikes. But if your door was closed u couldn't hear anything! Double glazing excellent! Also our rooms were right near the lifts! So at times it could be noisy! The location of the hotel was fab. Just 5 minutes down the road our lots of bars, shops & the beautiful beaches and sea! Some breathtaking views at nght & during the day! Miss that beach and views already! Its such a shame! But we won't be returning there! Sending lots of admiration & thanks to all the staff who worked their socks off everyday & every night! Thanks. Karen
