First time in Palma Nova, this hotel was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Plenty sun beds around pool. We did not struggle to find something to eat. Rooms cleaned daily or you can put your do not disturb on the door. Enjoyed a game of bingo at night, 2€ a ticket

Second year in a row coming to this hotel. Cleaners are fantastic, we would like to give a shout out to the waitresses Jenny and Chora, these ladies were wonderful, always spoke to us every time they seen us and are always so friendly and chatty. Overall great location near beach and all the shops. The only downsides are is the lifts. There is only two and there is 7 floors so you wait quite a while to enter the lift. Think there could be extra lifts installed. The key fobs have been a nightmare this year, you receive two but always have issues trying to open the bedroom door they either don’t work or they take about 10 tries to open the door. A few times we have had to go to reception to ask for new fobs. The food is very samey. I would say there is more choice for desserts than there is hot/cold meals. A lot of the food was watery especially the pasta and loaded in oil. Apart from that, I would still recommend! Shoutout to the young man and young lady who do the bingo on the evening also, very friendly and funny. Credit to your company.

We had a brilliant stay at the Globales. While it was the very beginning of the season and quiet, the staff was brilliant; accommodating and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels every morning. The pool was lovely and clean and the entertainment was fab. For the price we paid for the package holiday we really cannot fault this hotel.
There was a great selection of food and drink on offer through the all inclusive package too, with dishes to suit most preferences.
I want to big up Rosa who was behind the pool bar most days. She was fantastic and welcoming, always serving guests with a smile.

Food quality and choice is not so good. Service I have to split, restaurant, cleaning staff, front desk, all very good; bar staff very poor verging on rude.
Don't waste your money on VIP upgrade, apart from being able to pour your own drinks, the pool area is much nicer with much better food available.
