Modern and comfortable rooms, the pool is great, but not a 4 star hotel services. Bad room service, we got 3 days in a row bad smelling sheets and dirty towels, even after I told to the reception. Not a tasty breakfast, loud and drunk people screaming on the halls. The room service ladies woke up us at 7 am in the morning because they were laughing together… Overall we enjoyed our stay but the cleaning stuff needs more professionalism

Absolutely stunning hotel, staff were very friendly. The food was amazing, the pool area was lovely, plenty of loungers were available, and a good sun trap. Excellent location, 5min walk to Palmanova strip, where the bars and restaurants were situated across from the beach. 15min walk into Magaluf.

Good selection of food but not all of it is great. Lifts take forever. Maintenance guy lets himself in your room at 9am when you're trying to sleep insisting he needs to replace the shower head when there was nothing wrong with it. Despite this overall quite good.

Myself and my best friend stayed here for a four night break..Hotel and Staff v good..However please be aware when booking half board is just breakfast and a main meal and a glass of WATER..no starter...no dessert and no soft drink..apparently the restaurant makes its own rules..and a very rude restaurant manager pointed this out to us...so we will not be making a return visit .Reception staff helpful and friendly...Restaurant staff..not so much.

Just coming back from a lovely short break away. Went for 4 nights, really enjoyed it. Check in, excellent. Rooms, lovely and spacious. Staff are friendly and entertaining. Food and drink was good. Pool was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds. Hotel in good location. Beach just 7min walk. Supermarket right next to it. 20 mini walk to Magaluf. Would deffo come back. Thanks.
