The location is about 15-20 min drive from Airport and about 30 - 35 for city. There is no much happening in the surrounding area so I would recommend hiring a car. The beach is about 3 - 5 min by car or 15 - 20 minutes walk but the way back will take you more than 30 min depending on your physical strength. The nearby beach is fantastic for photos but not easy to access. The hotel is a bit tired and definitely not a 4 star standard. Food option is again in line with what you'd find in a common 3 start hotel. Regarding entertainment, is all true that it's mainly French orientated but that's a big pro as they only get to annoy the French. It made my day when one French entertainer was explaining in English the recipe of local Paella. Instead of saying "The main ingredient is Rabbit he said, The main ingredient is Rubbish". I'm still laughing as I'm trying to type. Having said that though I would say this was the best entertainment and laugh I had during the entire week. I booked an all inclusive holiday but I would strongly recommend to book just bed and breakfast, rent a car and visit the island. If you've been before in Mallorca you'll know what I mean, If this is your first visit I guarantee you'll fall in love with the island.

Our room was next to some noisy cupboard which I can only assume made noise when someone in our corridor flushed the toilet. The balcony wasn’t safe for my child to crawl around on through fear that he might fall through the side or under the glass as the gaps were so big. The beds were pushed together and slide apart very easily. The hand soap and shower gel might as well not have existed, as they only let pea sized amounts out. Hotel claims they cater for babies but you have to rent the kettle to be able to feed the baby. The restaurant always serves pasta pizza and chips so there is always something to eat if you’re not sure on the other food they offer. Having to queue for drinks is abit of a pain at the pool bar. The pool has a very sharp edge all the way around which hurts your feet to walk on and causes injuries if jumping up and down in the pool. The mini club could do with some more toys as it was very very basic and for older children only. All of the entertainment was in French and the daily games/quizzes. The pools were both freezing, the kids pool being the coldest. The floor to the kids slide was slippery and our little one slipped twice before we decided we wasn’t letting him go on the slides again. He even had wet shoes on so who knows how many children slip on their way to the slides with no shoes on.

Avoid this hotel. For the money there are so many better Hotels in far nicer parts Majorca. We've stayed in 3 different Hotels across the island and this was priced the same as the two others, however was far worse in every respect.

I booked here as it was such a great deal £1200 for 10 days all inclusive with flights and transfers. I knew the hotel was a bit out of the way from anywhere but this didn’t put us off . Shuttle buses daily to different nearby towns just remember to book at reception prior . Public bus 504 also available outside hotel to nearby towns and very cheap . I had emailed hotel before arrival due to being celiac to make sure they could cater for me and they replied that all dishes had allergen labels on them . This put my mind at ease , it wasn’t that easy though as dishes got mixed up easily , the hotel would benefit from having even a small area dedicated to gluten , lactose free etc items . It wouldn’t be hard to implement, a few choices of cereal and bread at breakfast , lunch gluten free bread for sandwiches etc with salad items , that sort of idea. I lived on chips , cold meat , salad items and fruit for a few days , there was other items available chicken , fish , meat , rice etc but I will admit I am a really fussy eater . I did have veal and pork chops cooked fresh in front of me a few times , which was lovely . I mentioned to Maffie I think she was the restaurant manager that I was struggling, the following day she informed me that they had bought me gluten free pasta and the chef prepared me the most lovely huge portion of pasta whenever I wanted , they also had a lovely almond tart dessert for me , I really must praise the restaurant staff they bent over backwards to help you and they never stop working. Pools were lovely and clean , plenty of sun beds available. Animation team were amazing a true credit to this hotel , there friendliness and enthusiasm was outstanding. Loved the morning water aerobics , Evening entertainment was a bit hit or miss but it depends what you are into , there was good shows and some not so great but that is personal preference. Pool bar very busy with long queues a lot of the time , very short of staff at bars , 1 staff member only at daytime pool bar , 2 drinks maximum per person . Evening bar 2 person working , still not adequate for amount of guests due to purchased cocktails taking priority and taken 1 staff member away to concentrate on making these , bar would benefit from separate cocktail making station for purchased cocktails. Again staff really make this place as constantly happy despite being rushed off there feet . There is a decent variety of all inclusive drinks and everyone will find something to suit , mines was a rum sun , lovely cocktail made from rum instead of vodka lol . Reception staff very friendly and efficient. Lifeguards the gentleman that was on duty a lot really interacted with everyone and you would see him going around helping pick up glasses etc from around pool beds , throwing balls into the pool for the kids to play with , the girl not so much , she quite liked just chilling in her chair . This hotel is really nice but does have room for small improvements which would see it being even better than it is

Lots of issues with room from the off. Not ready at check in, no fire exit map or instructions on meal times, events etc. Our wardrobe opened and lots of debris and spiders (alive and dead) fell out and we were made to clean this up by reception after 5 hours of nobody coming. Key cards continuously not working and reception fussy about amending these. Room listed as two doubles but was two singles pushed together and a sofa bed. Rest of hotel was very clean and picturesque. Nice pools, plenty of beds. Amazing food and decent entertainment. All inclusive drinks decent but was being served alcohol free even though our party is 18+.
