We’re just back from our third trip to GF Victoria and we have had a great time. My daughter has also had a great time and the animation team are all fantastic! They really are great with the children. The whole staff team at the hotel are great from reception staff to cleaning staff, restaurant staff and day bar staff - faultless! I would recommend the premium or harmony suites if that’s possible because you do get more space in the room. Overall a beautiful hotel and we will be back next year. Thank you team GF Victoria 🙌🙌

Just returned home from holiday at GF Victoria, which I would describe as one of the finest hotels my family and I have ever been to. Two points: 1. Our hotel room was fantastic and was conveniently located within the hotel (the hotel itself boasts an outstanding location too) 2. Excellent customer service (10/10 for Pauline, Sara(h) and Fabian at reception who were supremely helpful in supporting us with various room and taxi related matters and 10/10 for Cecilia at the photo desk who was utterly delightful too. 6/10 for Oksana who welcomed us at 10.30pm on arrival but maybe it was getting late!) Highly recommend and would go again the next time we're in Tenerife.

Great place for kids. The food is very good. The young woman who helped us with the surfing, Nana, was especially helpful and fun! The beds could be a little harder but it's a small detail.

We have stayed at this hotel Several times and love it. The one and only improvement the hotel needs is entertainment. There are many different areas to the hotel and pool areas. Kids pool with water park, family pool, quiet relaxing pool. It would have been Fantastic to have some afternoon entertainment in the family pool area. It was very quiet all day other than morning exercise which had very few participants. We’ve stayed in other hotels which have had live music mid afternoon around the pool bar areas and this made a great atmosphere. Unfortunately this isn’t the case at the Victoria. Evening entertainment is exactly the same. There’s a bit of kids entertainment but after that very little. The hotel lobby has a pianist or a a solo artist quietly singing depressing songs. The outdoor area has a stage that is crying out for a tribute act or live band on an evening but is sat empty. The hotel is amazing and we keep coming back but it would be great to have entertainment on site and not have to go out and find it. Hotel bang opposite has great entertainment and you can hear it every evening.

Monica, Lucia and the rest of the kids club team were truly superb!! This is the first holiday where our son has wanted to go to kids club again and again. The service was always fantastic, anything we needed help with we were quickly seen to. The breakfast was wonderful too and concierge staff so helpful. We’ve already booked to come back! Thank you to everyone at GF Victoria :)
