My experience at the Four Seasons Marrakech was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! I was in a bad spot, at the airport at 6:30 am, and my flight was canceled. I called them, and told them I needed a room, ASAP. This hotel was so helpful and accommodating. They found me a room, and gave me an upgrade. The staff went over and above to make my stay there excellent. The entire staff was helpful- everyone from reception, housekeeping, transport, the restaurant, EVERYONE! The room was gorgeous, and I felt entirely at home. They turned what started as a very bad day, into a fantastic one. I cannot thank you enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

The Four Seasons Marrakech is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are super comfortable and really stylish. The food is great with a lot of variety, so you’re sure to find something you love. The spa and the gardens are perfect for chilling out, and the service is top-notch — everyone goes out of their way to make you feel special. It’s got that perfect mix of Moroccan vibes and luxury, making it an awesome spot for a getaway.

The staff are outstanding, some of the best we have experienced on our worldwide travels. Nothing is too much trouble, everyone knows your name, whatever you ask for is seamlessly provided. The hotel car service is exceptional. The hotel itself is relaxed, and classy, food is fabulous, and amenities great. We don’t normally return, but we will definitely be coming back here.

I stayed at the Four Seasons Marrakech Hotel with my family and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's beauty is second to none, with stunning architecture and gardens that capture the essence of Marrakech. What really made my visit special was the staff. They were not just friendly but genuinely warm, going out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
On the downside, I noticed a couple of maintenance issues, such as some lights not working. This was a bit disappointing. Also, the Moroccan restaurant within the hotel didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of authentic flavours, which was a letdown given the rich culinary culture of the region.
Despite these points, the overall beauty of the hotel and the exceptional service from the staff made my experience very positive.

We enjoyed the most incredible time here. The grounds and rooms are marvelous, clean, well appointed and immaculately taken care of. However, the hospitality is what truly stood out to us. Badr (M) who we met upon arrival is the best in his business. His manner and way of working with guests is second to NONE. We can’t wait to return and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Congratulations!
