We had amazing time at this hotel The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The water slides were great fun even for the not so young. Room very comfortable with good shower. Food is fantastic with lots of choice. You cannot go hungry at this hotel. Thanks to the animations team who also did a great job all week. We hope to come back soon

Aqua fun was very accommodating with the room. They gave us an upgrade upon arrival to a room with a pool view which was amazing. Amazing food spread everyday. So much to do. Shuttle take you to the Medina and they had a private tour person who take you around the Medina which I thought was cool. Clean location, the staffs are very friendly and always want to interact with you. I would definitely stay again on my next trip here.

Brilliant hotel, probably the best food we've had at an all inclusive hotel. The animation team kept everyone entertained. Very clean rooms. Anything we needed was dealt with efficiently. Will be back soon.

Staff very friendly and helpful, hotel nice and clean with good food for every meal. Entertainment was good every night with friendly entertainers especially Maximos who always had a smile and made us laugh. Very good for families with kids. Restaurant staff very quick with water and drinks as soon as seated especially yousea.

Reception staff were somewhat nice, some of them rude, some nice. Tarek the concierge was very nice and helpful. The animation team was also very nice, friendly and welcoming. The rooms are outdated and in need of a refurbishment and i would say the same about the water slides and the pools. The cleaning of the rooms was done properly and spotless, but the towels were very old. Good selection of food and tasty.
