This hotel was a shot in the dark for me and my family seeing that we were unfamiliar with the brand. The entrance was very esthetically pleasing and the staff is very welcoming. Beware upon arrival there was no bellman to take our luggage and we had to hoof it to the other side. But if you stay in one of the sea view suites(400 block) then the hoofing was worth it...wow!! Clear skies every night and stars as far as the eyes can see. The air-condition is not an option during the winter months despite it getting warm some nights so we had to open a our sliding door and pretty much keep it open during the nights it was warm. The down side is the seagull birds that sound like humans screaming on the water throughout the night. It was a bit startling. Breakfast is worth paying for with a buffet spread that attempts to satisfy every need and desire. The restaurant was packed for the weekend even though it was low season, then it eased up for the start of the week. There is some music entertainment and grabbing a taxi is not hard. The area where we were gets to be rowdy and crazy during peak season so we had to sign a waiver...yikes!! There are two pools on property but a natural beach was about a ten min walk away. Overall this was pretty nice choice for a hotel, better than most that we saw when driving in.

Absolutely amazing! The hotel is located in a beautiful spot. The views are breathtaking. Rooms are very modern, spacious and well equipped. The whole building is is very well designed, especially sky pool and main one are very picturesque. It is very well maintained and really clean overall. Our stay included breakfast which had a very wide variety of fresh food. It was very nice to try freshly prepared smoothies or local specialities like cheese there. I would absolutely recommend eating there. Staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. Entertainment night with Claudia was such a good night ! Everyone had a smile on their faces making the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you everyone for a lovely time! Will definitely come back!

Amazing location and easy to go by walk to various beaches. Service was very good at the hotel and your never left with wanting anything. Rooms are amazing and facilities are plentiful. Staff are friendly and warm. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. Lovely memories great holiday

We have had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel, staff were very kind and accommodating. Food at the hotel was good and Juana at the spa was amazing. She provided us with a very luxurious experience and even a glass of champagne! We are definitely coming back as soon as we plan another break.

Excellent hotel, beautiful views and great service. Was booked as a surprise for my Birthday and I couldn't be happier. Upon arrival we received a complimentary bottle of Champagne and a Birthday card. Juana, the Spa Manager, was amazing. She made us feel very welcome and is a credit to the hotel. Look forward to returning.
