I don't like to give bad reviews unless it's absolutely necessary, and I feel it's absolutely necessary. The rooms were not the worst of the lot as it was comfortable enough. Not dirty but not clean. When you sleep on the bed with the blanket, you are full of fluff from head to toe. The food was horrible, and I do mean horrible. I don't think there is anything I could say was tasty. Thank God for chips, but even that was undercooked at times. This hotel isn't all inclusive. Please be aware it really isn't. You pay for things you thought would have been included. Search around for better options. The location is dire. 2 hours drive from the airport. We got there 2am in the morning after leaving the UK 4pm GMT. Then there isn't anything outside of the hotel. On the whole, it's now my official worst holiday, and reading the other reviews, I can see I wasn't alone.

Went here for an all inclusive holiday. Got a free family room upgrade during our stay and the room was large and clean although there's definitely noticeable superficial wear and tear in places. Worth noting that the door/partition for the shower and toilet is frosted glass so it can get awkward with silhouettes showing up depending on who you go with. Food was quite nice too but I'm not particularly picky. And we went slightly off season so the queues during meal times was fairly short. Free entry to the waterpark was great but there was a windy and rainy weather on one of the days we were there and the park as well as pools were all closed. Shame cause not much to do in actual hotel during this time. Night show at the amphitheatre was also good.

We booked Eftalia village, but on arrival was asked if we wanted to upgrade to eftalia Marin for €150 for 3 of us as it's 24hr AI,. Hubby agreed, and all was OK, until they stopped spirits in the lounge bar at 11pm... Ok but the night they decided we had no warning and it poured with rain, so as we are disabled and the pool bar is far away, people were slipping in the wet, we couldn't risk getting soaked from the rain. Spoke to various officials who said yes yes we understand. (Now tonight there are waiters on, and we are on our 9th night of 11) Understand what when zilch, nada, nothing was done. Last time we come here. The eftalia village is far nicer. We are very dissapointed as you can BUY a G&T from the cocktail bar but can't get one from the lobby bar when we upgraded to a cost of €150. My names Hunt not the other. Don't come here,
only if you drink lager. Yuk

Love the hotel, great resources. I would definitely come back again with friends. Would 100% recommend to book it through Jet2holidays.
