If you're considering this hotel... Book it! I promise you won't be disappointed. Just got back from a week there. With my Partner, my 11yr old daughter, her 12yr old best friend, and my 6yr old disabled son.
It was amazing! It's hard work for us on holiday and this place made it easier. The facilities are exceptional. I mean this place is vast! The water parks, the fairground, the pools, the entertainment...
Will definitely be going back!!
On approach to the complex the size of this hotel is overwhelming. Not just to our family but to the other families on the shared transfer coach wishing they had booked here. Inside the hotel doesn't disappoint the outstanding view of the enormous chandelier hanging above the waterfall with the fountains below the multiple lifts and the polished marble everywhere.
The check in was seamless and the room was beyond expectations for all the family!
The staff are very friendly and helpful many thanks to Natalie A she was our delphin angel!
The pools are beautiful and very clean, the heated ones were a godsend for us as our son needs to keep warm
The food is good and reasonably varied. Always something for everyone. Though they need tomato base on the pizzas in my opinion.
The entertainment was really very good for the whole family.
My advice is try it you won't be disappointed!!!

We absolutely loved our time in this resort. Amazing service, the scenery was amazing, we loved it. The only downside was the convenience store on the bottom floor. The shop owner scammed us out of 500 Turkish lira for a tiny packet of paracetamol and a chocolate bar, and he was very rude to us. Avoid this store!
Other than that, I would highly recommend this resort.

It’s okay. I had a few days at the hotel next door, the Titantic, and the difference is noticeable. This hotel is “grand” in that it’s big, but the quality isn’t there. Food is cheap and overcooked, although in vast quantities. It has somewhat good facilities but it’s just a league below the hotel next door. Albeit it’s also a cheaper hotel, despite both being 5 star. I wish this hotel focused less on “grand” and more on quality over quantity. If I come to turkey again, it won’t be to this resort.

Staff are not professional. We got to the hotel around midnight and we were extremely tired from our flight. We were taken up to our room by a member of staff - he was nice enough to show us around our room but we really just wanted to sleep. After giving us a quick 1 min tour of the room he awkwardly waited in front of us and wouldn't leave the room. We looked at him and then he eventually said "Tip". I thought this was really unprofessional. Staff should not act in this way and it is not the way to welcome your guest. It made us feel VERY uncomfortable. We will never return because of this experience. The drinks are really bad as well. Every cocktail tastes the same with cheap products that taste watered down.

Just wanted to share with you our recent experience at the Delphin BE Grand Resort – it was absolutely amazing. The customer service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and we had a fantastic time. Already thinking about our next trip, considering staying there for a longer holiday. Highly recommend it!
