One of the best places we have been. Especially the staff is amazing. They really made the difference (reception and restaurant team, Kids Club team and the Lifeguard at the pool). They were always one step ahead and have read our thoughts.

Booked this hotel last minute after reading trough all the reviews. We where not disappointed, the hotel is located next to the beach and has a fantastic pool area. The breakfast is delicious with a good variety of local food. The rooms are nice and clean and the service is above and beyond. Thanks to all the staff for making this a vacation to remember. It’s all about creating memories and we have a handful from the vacation.

Caramel Grecotel is a truly spectacular experience. The property has only 67 rooms, which makes it quite nice and cosy and never gets too crowded. The resort is beautiful and extremely well maintained. We took a room which has a garden and it was truly amazing. The pool is nice and big and very kid friendly. The special call out is the service and food. I have never been made to feel more special. The staff knew us by name, took care of our food allergies, were extremely polite and friendly, and took care of us extremely well. We took the half board option, and I would totally recommend it. The breakfast and dinner spread are really amazing, but what made the difference is the quality and freshness of ingredients and the taste. We also visited the Agreco farm, a very unique experience in a beautiful location. The hotel is 20 mins by car to the heart of Rethynmo, which is a great 1/2 day trip. Overall, I could not have hoped for a better vacation.

From the moment we arrived .... we had excellent service and fabulous food. Everything was fresh, spotless, plentiful (invisibly replenished). Every member of staff greeted you warmly. No shortage of sunbeds .... and a total absence of annoying guests.

Recently visited this beautiful & amazing hotel with my husband & 3 children (10, 9, 7) and I have to say it exceeded our expectations in every way. The place is gorgeous and rooms immaculate. Room service comes out like 2/3 times a day to keep rooms clean and fresh. We stayed in a beach front villa (room 801) Please request this room. Absolute luxury! The kids club was such a blessing which stayed open until 10.30pm most nights, kids loved it & gave us a well earned break & the food was delicious. So much variety you wouldn't believe. The service and customer care was literally the best. They treat you like Kings & Queens, we were overwhelmed. Thank you so much. Especially staff member 'Oggi' who just made our stay that much better. He was so caring and kind throughout our stay. We hope to see you again soon. Book this place you will not be disappointed!
