Clean, modern hotel with a tropical look. Very friendly staff. Doesn't feel crowded and all pools, bars and restaurants are close to each other. The beach is also nice with good service but you won't see a lot when snorkling. Use your feet to twist the sand in the water and fish will come look for food. The food is good but I was expecting more seafood in a place like this. Sometimes there was fish but mostly fried or overcooked. Nevertheless, you'll eat well here and never be hungry or disappointed. We had a small family room (4 p) for just the two of us and that was just enough. With 4 it would be too crowded.

Cannot fault the facilities, friendliness of the staff or cleanliness of the hotel it was immaculate. Ideal for families with young kids, shows on every night, day care for the kids and a variety of restaurants. My only gripe was the alcohol... the beer was probably 2% at best with many of the spirits tasting like they are watered down so take some money as you'll need it if you wanna go off menu.

The hotel itself is good, would rate it as a 4 star maximum. Staff is working hard and you can see they are exhausted. Food is not bad, plenty of variety although the dishes were repetitive. Wine was not the best but I did not expect more😬 Kids animation- no German speaking unfortunately but the girls did try their best. Thank you! The worst part - the beach. This is our third year in a row on Halkidiki and I haven’t seen such filthy sea water, and it was not from the algae or sea grass. Empty bottles, plastic bags, dissolved toilet paper or something similar. All this in the water!Such a pity. Bottom line- if you like to spend your holiday at the pool book the place, if you are looking for a Greek beach Cristal clear water to experience Edit: after three days the water in the sea cleared, still wouldn’t say it was perfect but definitely much better

If you are looking for a kindergarden/zoo with careless staff attitude this is the place for you. Upon arrival the woman at reception did not give us any information about the hotel (which is quite spread out), not where restaurants and bars are, or where we can get beach towels, not even what is included in our package - just handed us a key and a map to deal ourselves. We booked a Junior suit which was alright but the view was unpleasant – towards a swamp. I asked for sheets and a duvet for the sofa bed we had in our room and I had to ask 3 times for one day. The attitude of the staff is “this is not my responsibility” and “I don’t care” and it is written all over their faces. The main restaurant is not big enough for the amount of tourists they put in this hotel (and we were there in May!). Every single time we had to wait holding our plates because the waiters would not clean up the table after other guests (and did not care). The restaurant does not have an outside space and being inside was super noisy with kids screaming, adults running around as if food will end, everybody shouting at each other, it was impossible to hear each other on the same table. The food tastes the same, no matter how many meals are offered. In the morning - no espresso in the restaurant, only at the bar, which opens late. The wine for dinner was not drinkable and you could only get a normal one at the same bar - before or after dinner but not during. The so-called “beach” bar was not at the beach and if you happen to forget your towel you have to walk back for 15 minutes to get a towel from the kiosk. There is no toilet on the beach – you have to walk to your room or “discover” a hidden underground WC somewhere around the hotel. The beach is not sandy and you need water shoes to be able to walk. On top of that they are expanding the hotel and there was construction work right in front of the beach with big trucks making noise and spreading dust all over people on the beach. There is nothing around the hotel; you need a car. Overall, the hotel is 3+ stars, no more and we couldn't wait to leave. Take my advice and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere, where you will really get a 5-star experience.

I can't comment too much. This was the sister hotel 5 mins up the beach from ours. Compared to our lovely small couples retreat, the Princess was utterly enormous and rammed. Not pleasant but it depends on what you're looking for. Just not for us.
