Could not ask for anywhere nicer to holiday . The service was 100% top notch. Now we're all smitten .. plenty to do for the kids, but equally, if you just want to kick back and relax, it's the best place in the world to do it. Every single staff member was polite and very helpful ...food was amazing, and it truly is a little bit of paradise If you can get on a plane and give it a visit

An amazing hotel and resort!! Had the best time!! Our 2nd time there and we will definitely be returning every year! Hotel & Facilities -- The resort itself is stunning!! The decor is light and bright and it is a joy to walk around the facilities at any time of the day or night. The views are also magnificent. The spa, pool, beach and all the other facilities are top-notch, we absolutely loved it all! Food -- The food is phenomenal! Each meal is like a Michelin star meal. There are so many restaurants to choose from (10+), and as vegetarians, there was so much choice. In fact each restaurant had a dedicated vegetarian menu. I have never been to a resort with so many options for vegetarians and vegans. Entertainment -- During the day there are plenty of activities to keep you occupied, in fact, we didn't have enough time! In the evening the shows and live music are really good fun. A thoroughly enjoyable experience! Service -- The service is what made the stay great! All the staff are super friendly and are so kind. The great customer service from the whole team makes it more like a 7* hotel, even Dubai hotels do not compare. We'll be back next year! Special thanks to Nicole, Roman, Andreaa, Alex from Sani Beach, and all the managers from the Marina restaurants! We look forward to seeing you again!

I’m not writing this to be a horrible traveller I’m writing an honest review for like minded people so you know exactly what you are paying for … this is NOT FOR ADULTS ONLY !! It says they have an adult area with adult pool but that is NOT completely true they have an area with 10 sun beds and the pool is mixed with children the children were running and screaming through the “ adult only area ! “ , the resort it massive I mean massive there are not enough sun beds for the size of the hotel the beach areas are not very big and the same problem there , we are not kid haters we just thought there was a pool like stated so it was so disappointing to find when we got there this wasn’t the case , the actual place is a family holiday camp with sun !! Butlins on steroids with some fancy sun beds . Next thing we paid slot of money for a 5 star luxury resort well it’s the first 5 star iv ever stayed in that won’t turn the air conditioning on and brings you a small fan !! , the room is hot I need say nothing else … the first five star with a portable fan !!! You could laugh if it wasn’t so upsetting . So PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE WANTING A QUIET RELAXING TIME IT IS FULL OF SCREAMING KIDS , I know that sounds harsh but that an honest review . Now for the area it’s massive you have a long walk to get to different places , you have to pre book for every meal you can’t just please yourself then if it booked you have to eat later !! So meal times aren’t a relaxed thing either ! . We have stayed all over the world in different star rated places and this had to be the most stressful ! . I can’t tell you how many kids are here it’s like a kinder garden . So if you read booking . Coms write up Is totally misleading , the bathroom has no fan so you can imagine it’s a small room with no air conditioning and no bathroom fan !! This is not 5 star , we feel totally let down if the hotel and websites had been honest we would never of booked here , this morning there was a baby in a nappy on it’s own hanging over the deep infinity pool , nobody could careless . As we walked round it’s like an American kids camp . I have read the other reviews and they all probably have kids which is great but as I have said this is a totally honest review if you’re a couple wanting to relax this is not the place . I will however say the staff are amazing and Tamara the hotel manager could not have done anymore to help us avoid all the children and for that I thank her . My words my seem harsh in parts but I felt I needed to be said however the hotel has now removed the “adults pool” as it should never of been on . To the “big “ bosses ! You have one of the best hotel managers we have come across please listen to her . Thank you for your time reading this .

At the begining my stay was not what i have expected... The déception was hère and i was not happy regarding thé price of such a luxury resort. Thé room was not what i have booked. Thanks God Tamara was at thé réception when i share my expérience with a member of her team. Thanks to her i spend my 2 lasts amazing day. My family was so happy and i have to say that she is a real professional. Everything was fast and she change my mind about thé sani expérience. thanks to my job , i know lot of manager in hôtels but this woman know exactly the définition of luxe and expérience. Thanks to her, even if it was just for 2 days i will be back in this resort for sure cause Sani knows how to fix issues ... i am living the resort happy thanks to Tamara ! She knows how to take care of guests and i am not an easy one ! Congrats Tamara, cant wait to be back ...

Fantastic resort with top notch service and attention to guests with a personal touch. The resort is wonderful and there is plenty to do from relaxing to many activities. The guest relations manager Nikoleta from Sani Beach reception was absolutely brilliant and looked after us throughout our stay with any issues we had. Despite the rooms being a little tired and there being way too many kids around, it was an amazing holiday because of how good the service (and food) was, and we will be coming back again.
