We had an amazing weeklong holiday at Dion. The location is perfect for day trips to Meteora, Thessaloniki, Mount Olympus, archeological sites etc. The staff is exceptional. Lia (guest relations) gave us some great pointers, reception and restaurant staff is super quick, helpful and it was overall a great experience. Three pools (not heated) with one adult only pool. The sunbeds at the beach were plenty everything was tidy. It's a sandy beach with a strip of pebbles. Take water-shoes if you have sensitive feet. To take a dip in the Mediterranean sea while having m. Olympus on the backdrop. Amazing.

A very lovely place with very welcoming staff especially Evangelia the women who welcomed us and gave us a warm feeling. They were very friendly to our pet dog Mailo🐶. Amazing food, clean environment, the best swimming pools and the garden that was very well maintained. Looking forward to come again.

If you are looking for peaceful place to rest away from City turmoil, this hotel is for you. Hotel service is very kind and helpful. Beside place is very good base to explore Olympus mountains. Subjective disadvantage, car rental is a must to explore nearby attraction.

A long time ago this used to be a 5 star hotel. But now this ain’t the case anymore. 3 stars would be more than adequate. The rooms are in dire need of renovation. The minibar was straight from the 90s all yellowed out too. The furniture in bad shape. Cleanliness as you can see from the photos was as far from a 5 star service as possible (photos). Tried to take a shower on Friday evening no pressure whatsoever and no hot water either. The mattress was making all sorts of sounds was planning to complain about it but I was there for 2 nights only and I had no energy for it. The air conditioning sound won’t help the sleep-challenged either (video). I don’t want to drag this too long. Buffet dinner and breakfast are mediocre. Too much oil in some dishes, medium raw materials at best. Not all was bad. Pools and outside areas are charming and the hotel is huge. The beach is pretty awesome too. Prices not too bad either. PS. One last pet peeve of mine. Please put some outlets next to the bed. The closest outlet was across the room.
