Hotel Best Tenerife is a decent hotel. We went as a family of four. My children were 11 and 9. The rooms are very small. We had two twin beds to sleep the four of us. Both beds were in the same room. Not ideal. The rooms were cleaned each day to a decent standard.
The food was okay. Would have been better if it was a little hotter in temperature as the buffet style tends to leave it all a little cooler than I'd like.
The pool was lovely. Plenty of sun beds and the snack bar was perfectly fine.
The hotel lacked a lot of things for the kids to do. They had a very small arcade room with mostly broken machines and the entertainers came around maybe twice on our 7 night stay.
The location is ideal. Very close to the beach and plenty of dinner places locally. Not to mention but Siam Water Park is nearby so getting there for park opening is no issue at all.

A nice hotel, it doesn’t do anything particularly brilliant but also doesn’t do anything particularly badly, apart from the restaurant food.
The location in Tenerife is literally perfect, you are close to all the main attractions, beaches and other popular areas.
The hotels itself is extremely clean but it is outdated in some areas. The staff were very nice and easy to deal with - kudos to the team there.
Hotel facilities are good, great pool area, with poolside bar serving nice drinks and snacks. The indoor spa area is also top notch but needs to be paid for. The rooms are clean, although the dated red bathrooms are abit depressing to look at especially for a 4 star hotel. Regular entertainment on in the evenings which is a nice effort by the hotel but often ended in disappointment with people emptying out to go elsewhere due to a lack of quality.
The true low point for our holiday was the restaurant food, a 4 star hotel should be doing much better with food quality - we often skipped breakfast and nipped to the supermarket next door for a morning snack and dinner time was a struggle both for us adults and our 2 year olds - the food was flavourless and could actually turn your stomach, there were also really poor options for young kids, there should be a dedicated section for kiddy food with common favourites.
All in all a nice stay except the food, I’m very skeptical about the 4 star rating. We probably will try somewhere else next time.

Room is pretty basic but has all you will need. In our case we had a balcony with no view because it was in a corner so room did not need air con on as did not get too hot. Sound proofing was quite good as could not hear much noise from outside entertainment area.
Room contained double bed, flat screen tv, safe, kettle but no tea bags??? Shower/bath, hairdryer, toilet and bidet. Built in wardrobe and full length mirror.

Unlike the last review that was left by joy, think she needs to change her name. The room was fine exactly what I expected from a big hotel. The food was lovely there was lots to choose from and it was very edible. The staff where friendly and very helpful. If I go back to Tenerife I would book that hotel again. Thank you best hotel for my lovely holiday

Great location, staff were amazing, you would see this kind of service in a 5 star hotel.
Nothing was too much, we asked to move rooms as ours overlooking the pool was noisy until very late, and we was moved the same morning to a nice quiet room.
The beds are rock hard and there was no iron in any of the rooms, we had to buy 1
